Very bad Experience. Could not go from Test to LIVE. Was asked to go through a partner that asked for thousands of dollars for implementation / integration!! No clear instruction Phone support if it even exists.

I've been using Checkout.com to process payments since 2018, and their service has always been reliable.
Recently, I needed to make adjustments to our settlement flows, which required more support than usual. The team was responsive and helpful throughout, especially Deepshi🫶, who handled my requests with patience. Clear communication and problem-solving made the process smoother than expected. It's reassuring to know that when issues arise, CKO is there to help sort them out.
Overall, it is a dependable service I trust for my business needs

My business uses Checkout.com for customer payments. Since changing the Dashboard we are only receiving a fraction of the monies collected. Customer Service clearly have no idea what they are doing. This is disgusting. I would recommneded you avoid this comapny at all costs. Terrible!

If you want a payment processing company that terminates your service at any moment without any explanation Checkout.com is the perfect company for you!
We've been loyal customers of Checkout.com for years signing up to them before anyone knew about them despite big competitors such as Stripe being available.
Years onwards with very little issues (no chargebacks and no credit issues) we've suddenly been told they are terminating our service out of nowhere. No explanation, extremely slow and poor responses to our emails. It's now been almost 2 weeks and no response to my last email.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Checkout.com allows scammers to rip consumers off. They provide no protection or compensation for any loss suffered. Checkout.com cannot be trusted.

The Worst and most arrogant
they rejected our inquiry , just because we are small new start up, and the numbers was not matching what they are looking for.
we as new start up expect support , when we do not get support when we need it , they shouldn't expect us to contact them when we grow and become exceeding what they were looking for.
One day they were a start up, and was begging for a customer , now they rejecting small companies, wish that will not affect you guys

Total waste of time...
- tried to call the Singaporean office, the number doesn't exist (very sketchy!)
- tried to call the Berlin office, the lady was completely unable or unwilling to help me
- called the London office and after wasting 10 minutes on the phone with the sales person there, I found out that they only accept clients with a monthly sales volume above 100,000 USD.
If you're already being unfriendly to small start-ups, at least don't waste our time. When we grow beyond 100,000 I will ensure we don't end up with Checkout.

Awful payment system. Used to pay gulfvisa and said error message but deducted money from my account. Should have stooped after first attempt when it was buffering but tried again. Hooefully they'll deliver money to recipient.

I am in payment services business from last 15 years. Ace Money Transfer a known brand from UK/EU to Asia and Africa. Since we have started working with checkout our sales broke all previous records and we are in new horizon. My payouts have been paused almost a month ago without any notice and they are not responding to my emails. Thievery! They terminated my agreement without any reason, disrupting my business. Will be reporting this to the European Consumer Center.

Those guys are the best, we've been working with them for 5 years. Great customer service, sales rep are always available and will definitely get you a pricing that rocks! Checkout.com have been exceptional from start to finish. It has taken less than a week from start-up to being up and running. Customer service has also been excellent. They answered every question in a quick timely manner and explained well.

Signed up with checkout.com on a great rate. We were given the option of a blended rate, or an IC+++ model - we chose the blended rate as it gave a far better deal for us.
A few months later we receive an email saying our account manager has changed. No biggie. A few weeks later, we receive a blunt email saying we'll be moved onto the far more expensive IC+++ rate. We emailed back to protest, and ask for some further clarification.
We've emailed multiple times, attempted to communicate with our 'account manager' on several occasions - most of which are simply ignored.
I still have no idea what rate we are being charged, and when we were moved from our original model. Their customer support is non existant - they simply ignore emails they don't want to answer.
Absolute shambles.

We needed a new provider a few ago when we moved to Salesforce and we were guided through the whole process by Checkout. Each Account Manager we have had has been friendly and really helpful, and Danilo is great! He has been a great help through Covid-19 and it's problems & is always at hand to answer my queries and help . It's nice to know theres always someone at the end of the phone or who will respond quickly to emails.
Their website is uncomplicated and easy to navigate.

A university of Texas T-shirt looked cute online, but they don't know the difference between University of Tennessee orange and Longhorn burnt orange. When I noticed that the order said Tennessee orange I tried to cancel the order, but they did not do it. The T-shirt is really cute BUT wrong color orange!!

Such an arrogant company with poor customer service. They discriminate the businesses depending on their numbers even though they have mentioned on their website that they work with all sizes of businesses. Really disappointed from this company. By the way, I waited for 4 days to get a reply from them.
