As always the call handlers are pleasant and helpful.. Will always offer to ring me back at a stated time if I'm busy, they are knowledgeable and efficient and know customers are busy so they just get on with things as quickly as poss, have been using cia for many years and insure many properties with them, they won't be beaten on price. As in previous years , I asked for a complete breakdown of what I am covered for on both of my properties insured with CIA.
The young lady I spoke with went through everything thoroughly to ensure I fully understood and was helpful in every respect of my questions.

Very friendly and helpful, he let me explain exactly what we wanted from the insurance. More complicated as it was a landlords insurance but made easy to understand by your colleague, sadly I didn’t write his name down and forgot what he said. Made an easier experience as all was explained to me.

Ivraaj was great, very clear and understandable, he didn’t rush through anything but spoke at a speed that allowed me to understand. I have a quite rom Direct line and their advisor sped through his script and the legal descriptions so fast I had real problems understanding them and finished the call feeling very stressed and uncertain. Ivraaj was the total opposite, I came away from the quote process feeling listened to and comfortable with my quote and what it entailed.

Got my landlord insurance done over 2 weeks ago still waiting on my documents which they haven’t sent although I called them a second time.The customer service doesn’t exist here as they don’t care about your issue

Great service as always and Jordan Simmonds was particularly helpful in providing a more competitive quote by asking a couple of relevant questions. I have six Victorian terraces in the same road and one of the prices was out of sinc. with the others. Very patient and helpful.
