Accurate text updates of when my parcel was arriving, Karl Davies delivered my parcel and he was excellent! I asked if he could leave them just by the side of my house as I wouldn’t be able to carry them in and he kindly offered to pop them just inside for me so they wouldn’t get wet! Really appreciated, brilliant delivery and customer service. 100% recommend and thanks again Karl for your warm and caring attitude.

Our delivery guy Bruce (NE24) was excellent. We ordered nine 2400 x 1200 x 12.5mm plaster boards. Which arrived fully intact and no damage as you would expect. I offered my assistance but he declined politely and managed to carry each board without any fuss to it's final destination. Overall, a very smooth transaction and pleasant experience. Thanks Bruce, keep up the good work.

My Consultant arranged for medication to be delivered to my home. I received a message on the next day to advise delivery would be the following day between 14.15 and 17.15. This timing was awkward as I had a commitment during the afternoon. I called City Sprint and spoke to Donna who was really understanding and helpful. We were able to agree a more specific delivery range and my package arrived on the button, delivered by Kelly who was very obliging and friendly. I am impressed by the wonderful service I've been given

Delivery was due between 10 am and 3 pm. I had a text saying it was picked up for delivery from Haverfordwest at 8.20am. Then nothing until 2.40pm, when I had a second text saying it has just been picked up! Finally delivered to me just before 4pm. It transpires my delivery was not on the earlier despatch. Poor communication - I ought to have received a revised delivery time, rather than a wait for a non existent delivery. The goods were complete and correct on arrival.
