Terrible their website claims fast…

Terrible their website claims fast delivery and for 30 pounds you would expect it to be fast however a week after ordering it's still not been dispatched.. I order from many suppliers 11.50 next-day shipping even with orders over 5k.. Don't even waste your time trying to contact them they don't respond.. If this is your idea of running a business pack up and go home because you're not going to last long... Go elsewhere guys!

Good selection of products, slow delivery

Good selection of products but delivery charges are way too high. And delivery takes ages. Won't be using them again. If you're going to charge such high prices for delivery at least provide a decent service.

I understand it is the Covid time..

I understand it is the Covid time... but this company just shut down without informing customers who paid that they do not intend to full-fill the orders... No responses to my emails, no chance to chat with customer service .. and seeing here the latest feedback.. I am not alone. Case opened on paypal. Very disappointing :-(

This is clearly a scam!

Filled an overseas order with debit card, but never got neither receipt, nor order confirmation.
On contact with "customer service" they claim that they don't even allow purchase with card from outside the UK and thus cannot dispatch order. Nevertheless the money remain withdrawn from my account, and they are not willing to refund, nor supply evidence of rejection from the bank. (A US residing mailbox bank).
This is clearly a scam, and I will be reporting the issue to the proper authorities.

One purchase online made which was posted to me and I collected my second order.

I’ve recently made a purchase online which was delivered without issue & more recently placed an order over the phone.
On the second order I opted for collection & was pleased when I was advised that I could collect that same day as I was on other business in the area.
I dealt with Shaz who was particularly helpful & great on the phone when I placed my order.
Keep up the good work, if folks need to collect on the same day try your best to accommodate them, allowing me to do this saved me a great deal of time.

Terrible customer service!

I also placed an order on the 20th March and have not received my order nor had any communication from this company. I understand that everyone has experienced massive changes due to covid19 just now but someone should be keeping in touch with the customers to let us know where we stand. It is terrible that we have been charged for items and they haven’t been dispatched.. It’s even more terrible that they have not even tried to keep us notified.. I have been calling, emailing and leaving messages through website and have heard absolutely zilch!! Not happy at all!!!
❗️Update❗️ I ended up having to claim my money back through the credit card company! Thankfully I was covered as I used a credit card but I truly feel for the poor people who have used bank transfer etc.. I hope you all get it sorted too and these guys get shut down for good!

Waiting for news on my order 3 weeks…

Waiting for news on my order 3 weeks later and no replies to any emails. No excuses and im now having to report to my bank to claim the money back. I spent a lot of money too. With everything thats going on COVID-19 you would expect places to help customers as much as they can, not use the situation to profit to gain for themselves whilst we all wait weeks for a refund. Great service :-(

Excellent in every way!

Ordered from them twice now and very happy with items, price and delivery.. if there's any issue with your order they will attempt to call you to arrange what you want to do about it before dispatching your order.. so great customer service as well! The only business in the world better than theirs is my business but they should take pride in their well earned 2nd place.

Great service

I am located in the Essex region and have recently availed of the services of Clearance Kings and was really pleased. They were really friendly and were able to carry out the domestic work/clearance that I required in a timely and efficient manner.

Just before Lockdown had a £500 order placed since then no contact
NO reply to emails
Not answering calls
I know its a Lockdown but atleast inform us if you are running away or not

Scammers

These people are clearly scammers, they took my order happily before this virus but now they can’t email back. Funny that isn’t it, they got back to me straight away now they can’t write back a simple email now they’ve got my money? Animals these people, how can you do this to people in the time we are in. Emails, calls and more emails and not a single response.

Made business easy for a retailer

Ordering products from them at wholesale price along with on-time delivery is the best thing I got. They keep you updated with your order and also keeps a track of the dispatch of your order. They have a great range of pound line products, household products, e-liquid products and many more.

I’ill never use this company in future …

I’ill never use this company in future It’s a big scam for online buyersThis happened to me 2nd time because 1st time I bought about £700 worth items they neither sent me stock nor my refund then I complained and gave my refund after one year
I ordered 2nd time My 3 boxes were missed in delivery Which I paid for them but they are not accepting it and didn’t give me refund I’ill give customer service in -ve rating Never order from them you’ill be robbed

Had a really positive experience with…

Had a really positive experience with Clearance King, DPD failed to collect a delivery from them for us, so the owner of the business got in his car and dropped it off personally. Good guy.

Shipping is too expensive

£35 for shipping is absolutely obscene.
I know shipping and it would cost £12 max for what I want
It’s free shipping over £400 but there isn’t 400 pounds of anything I want on their website.
