Simple instructions on product which is a once weekly painless injection. So far, no side effects and I have lost more weight in 3 months than I did in 1 year of dieting and gym workouts. Pharmacist took a careful medical history to ensure the product was safe for me to administer. Safer than abdominal surgery and all I feel is a curb on my appetite.

Phoned doctor and appointment was made at Cleland Pharmacy. Ok this was new to me however they were fantastic, kind and caring. Natalie who examined me prescribed antibiotics and said if no better in 5 days to phone back. Unfortunately I had to. Different meds, making sure I knew how to take them (brain was a bit foggy). The consultation was informative. I had already read up on the item, and this info was expanded upon. All questions answered. The follow up was done over the phone, and again, all areas covered. So far, the injections are working with minimal side effects.

Had ears cleared using micro suction. Booking was easy and got a same day appointment. Left ear had been quite badly blocked for a while. The pharmacist was incredibly patient and helpful in carrying out the cleaning. I needed a second appointment after a few days of using a softener. This was provided within the cost.

The end result was greatly improved hearing and no more wax in my ears. No hesitation in recommending this excellent service.

I highly recommend this clinic for ear wax removal. I've had loss of hearing in my right ear for some months now which worsened during my summer holiday, however after a quick and pain free visit, I left the clinic with my hearing back to normal again. Thank you Cleland Pharmacy and Clinic.

My head felt like it was in a very uncomfortable bubble due to having one ear blocked. I got a quick and convenient appointment at Clelland Pharmacy to have my ears looked at and the wax suctioned. I cannot fault the service and friendliness. I would definitely recommend.

Struggled to get an answer about Yellow Fever requirements from the larger known pharmacists/travel clinic. Spoke to Cleland and they resolved issues over the phone and then had my exemption certificate ready for collection. First class service puts the ‘ big boys’ to shame.
