Good services, quick servers with a stable infrastructure.

Started using Cloud86 with another website, after moving from GCP because of system maintenance, at the first start Cloud86 worked great and there moving service is great. After that a lot is hosted by Cloud86.

I chose the medium package as it included the hosting transfer and live chat for further support. It has been great! They offered various options for the transfer to accommodate my unease with my previous provider which I did not have to get involved at all after all. The clear, friendly and extremely responsive staff at the life chat has sorted me out with various other questions that I was then able do by myself (how empowering!) and left me with peace of mind.

When looking for solution for my hobby website, I came across Could86 as one of the most reliable and affordable in the Dutch market. They did not disspoint at all. The communication flows nicely with some useful advices. The move from one to another hosting went smoothly as well. They replied my emails promptly with a solution and instructions to do it my own. Highly recommended.

I changed hosting companies a little over a month ago to Cloud86. This meant I had to transfer multiple email boxes, several domain names and related hosted content. This content included Matomo, WordPress and various static websites.

It would be a 5-star review if they allowed SSH for shared hosting. Getting your website up and running every time you do it is a huge hassle because you need to use FTP. I lose multiple days over this because I can't run a few simple terminal commands. This makes the git feature that they offer practically useless. I will change hosting providers because of this in the future and I advise you to consider this heavily before purchasing your hosting here.

I got very good support in the migration of my web site. The performance of the hosting is good and fast. The user interface to manage my web site and e-mail is extensive and provides me good insight, help and is easy to use.

Why 5 stars? You can not only reach them by sending emails but you can also call them if you need some technical help and advise. And for me thats one of the biggest strength of cloud86. If you look around, their competitors only offers a chatbot. You get a ticket,wait for hours and maybe days before they could help you. Aside from that, their price is reasonable. You pay low but you get high service. My domainhost provider is not from cloud86 unfortunately, but they are my webhost provider. Moreover, I am not a tech savy, but when I encountered a technical issue with my domain name, I gave a temporary password to cloud86 to access my domainhost account. Voila! They were able to resolve it! So happy!!! Now you know the reasons why cloud86 deserve 5 stars.
