I recently ordered a phone case from coconut lane and I had an issue with it after 4 months of having it, I emailed them about it, they promptly emailed back and let me choose a phone case of my choice for free! It came the same week and I was really pleased with the customer service, delivery time and the product. It makes up for the first issue I had experienced and I’m super happy with the phone case. It’s durable, pretty and not flimsy. 100% recommend

I recently purchased a phone case for my sister as a Christmas gift and she LOVED it! Over the past year, I have bought many phone cases for myself (I like a change) and I have never experienced any problems with them. My products came super fast, with gorgeous packaging. My phone cover and matching watch strap are fab quality; I get compliments wherever I go. So I’ve bought 3 sets! I recommend to all my friends.

Absolutely fantastic customer service and products! I contacted customer service prior to ordering a couple of items. Within moments Alice had responded with all of the information I needed, which was such a pleasant surprise. I duly ordered the items which arrived quickly and my daughter loved. The teddy dolly laptop sleeve is a great product and straw toppers are super cute on the Stanley. I’ve already ordered some bits for Christmas and can’t wait for them to arrive.

I ordered an AirPod Max case and it doesn’t fit. I looked into a return and they make you request to return it before even considering a return. I requested a return and emailed and no response. On top of that they charge for returns which seems like a shady business practice - what about consumer rights? It’s not my fault their product isn’t fit for purpose. Haven’t received a response yet which is quite poor. You’re better off ordering from a bigger brand with clear refund processes.

I absolutely love this company! I currently only buy my phone cases at Coconut Lane, I really like the ‘tough 1¤7 phone cases because the level of protection they offer is as great as the more expensive companies. The designs are beautiful and I regularly get complements on them. Their customer service is honestly incredible. I had one small issue with an order and emailed customer service, they replied very quickly and solved the issue within a couple of hours- they are so friendly and incredibly helpful. If you download their app- they have the most generous sales too! 5/5 rating for sure.

THIS IS THE BEST COMPANY, I have purchased from Coconut Lane numerous times for all different types of accessories whether it be phone cases, charms , laptop sleeves or air pod cases. They have a great team who send regular updates with shipping and I haven't had as of yet but any issues I can imagine they are resolved very quickly. Pricing is great and the packaging is also very pretty if you are going to gift to someone :)

- Watch Strap for my smart watch (In February 2024)
- Case for my Samsung phone (In September 2024)
No issues with delivery/products so I can't comment on the customer service.

Faulty strap which had discoloured from 3 months gold coloured with black marks which had developed . Strap bangle . Replaced no problem with a waterproof strap FOC .. so far so good  1¤7 thank you !
