DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!

Absolutely shocking service as I was signed up by your website and they connected my internet NBN to the wrong address!!! I will never use this again!

We have investigated the connection being made at the wrong address. Unfortunately the agent used the address information you entered on the website and placed the order without confirming that this was the correct address. We sincerely apologise that this has happened and provided all staff a reminder of the importance to qualify the address details when placing the order.

A team member will call you to see where you are at correcting the address with the retailer and whether you need any further assistance.

Jamie was excellent.

Jamie was excellent.
No Gimmicks, No deals.
Just straight talking sensible advice.
We took his advice and changed our internet provider..
Answered all questions honestly- Even the difficult ones.
And he spoke Australian..... Very refreshing.
Would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service

This is the third time that I have used Compare Broadband to find the best deals and to help me understand the ins and outs of what each internet providers deals involved. Most excellent service on all 3 occasions and always very friendly advice (Jordan helped me the first time and Cheyanne the 2nd time). I was extremely impressed that the lady Jelena who I spoke to today was able to tell me through their own records as to the ownership statues on my current modem and also the best day to cancel my existing plan. Excellent service. Thankyou

MAKE THE PHONE CALL - SOO EASY TO SWITCH AND SAVE!!

I am kicking myself for not having contacted these amazing people sooner! They have saved me SO much money and it was an incredibly simple process. Melissa L was super helpful over the phone, easy to contact and explained the tariffs all very clearly, so I knew exactly what I would be saving before switching. All over the phone, no contracts or lock in anythings and even given a personal email to make contact again in the future should rates start to become ridiculous again. Highly recommend. Thank you!!

Being able to speak to an English…

Being able to speak to an English speaking person was wonderful. Jamie was amazing. He listened to me and didn’t try to speak over me. Getting the internet connection sorted was a breeze especially since I had just spent over an hour with my previous provider who had disconnected my internet last week without warning and then wanted me to pay extra for them to reconnect when my account was in credit. Thank you so very much. Understanding and helpful

I’d like to thank Melissa for making the forced move from Velocity to Opticomm an easy experience. Melissa listened, was attentive to our needs, and found a plan that suited those needs at the right price with an Australian owned provider being an added bonus! Well done!

Patient, informative and knowledgeable service

Andrew helped talk me through my options, the connection eligibility for our new flat, and the best offers to help me save money on securing NBN internet. Even phoned back the following day upon request to allow me time to consider my options. Was very patient and took the time to explain things so I could make an informed purchase. Would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their plan or buying a new connection.

VIP Feels - personable, efficient and professional service

I have been dealing with compare broadband for over a year and it’s been a truely wonderful experience. I am someone that changes ISP every 6 months to make sure I am getting the cheapest deals around and switching to a new ISP takes around 5min as they just transfer all my personal info over so it doesn’t even feel like a new signup. I get to deal with the same person everytime - her name is Jade and she is just so personable and professional it really makes it feel like I’m not on a crappy IT call. I will continue to use Jade and compare broadband for as long as I need internet and they are available to help.

Quick, easy and helpful

Very friendly and helpful consultant. Made it easy for me to connect. He called me while l was still checking out the compare website, so l didn't have to make the call and l was able to get my change over done quickly and easily. He also recommended a product that would be better suited to me than what I was looking at.
