Great team collaboration in sharing knowledge, experience & techniques

Cath has a great style in working with people and getting them to collaborate. She is a delightful instructor with tons of personal examples and experience to share with the team. During the 3 sessions I've gotten to know the teammates I typically only work with via chat or email so much better. Thank you for all the keywords and tools to reflect upon that improves to my communication at work and home!

Customer Whisperers Feedback

Cath and Tom, the leaders of our Customer Whisperers sessions are very pleasant and open. They made me feel comfortable opening up about my feelings on the topics presented. Also, the break-out sessions provided great feedback from colleagues which I will take back to improve my performance as a Support Engineer.

A Very Comprehensive Softskills course

I've created a similar softskills training and I've seen just about every idea covered. I agree on these topics and I like the idea of role play to get people to think more about this part of the job.

A few things I feel were missed opportunities were pointing out this isn't just for customer communications and this is also for collaboration.

Cath is a wonderful trainer!

Cath is a wonderful trainer. She made sure that we were all comfortable yet still managed to bring us out of our shells. She was the sweetest despite having to wake up at 4am to conduct a 7 hour training. I really appreciate the 3 day long training she did with us

Great experience

Great experience
Very professional experience, instructor is very polite, knowledgeable and break out rooms are fun. I can apply the tips and tricks immediately and got very constructive feedback which I will use in the future.

Training was put together well and…

Training was put together well and delivered professionally.

I was scheduled an early AM time, but that was not Customer Whisperers issue. They dealt with the lack of responses from myself and others in a great way.

Feedback on the training session

Instructor was engaging participants in the class instead of slides after slides. This was follow by having participants putting to use the knowledge we learnt by playing various roles.

It was helpful

It was helpful, although very elementary. I think there are some very advanced areas of soft skills that were not covered or practised that would have been a large gain of experience for everyone.

Our remit was to create a consistent standard across the team and get all the basics in place, ready for more advanced techniques later (several layers). I think this was a good refocus on the customer

I think this was a good refocus on the customer. I think the first session could have been a little more indepth as the facts and practices of the other two sessions seemed to be more that I could take away and use. It was also a little long being three days.

Very useful session

Very informative training

Storming, Norming and new forming
