Great service

Routine notifications about my delivery. Craig was very friendly and gave me courtesy call half an hour before the arrival.
Sofa material soft and smooth. Easy to assemble. Gives my living space bit more colour and style.
Also had to change my delivery address which was processed quickly by their friendly and experienced customer service team.

Overall great experience with daals.

Great looking bed

Bought the Champagne velvet bed frame with upholstered headboard for my son. He was very happy with the final result as it looks great in his room and the sprung slats make the bed more comfortable and springy than flat slats.
Delivery was well scheduled arriving when advised.
Assembly was a bit involved and took about an hour. There were some marks on the velvet which were sorted after a call to the very helpful service support call centre, who provided the information needed.

Solid bed, easy and efficient delivery

Shahid and Ibs did a great job on delivery, being diligent and polite in their work.
Bed instructions were pretty clear. Everything fit together well. Finished product feels very sturdy and looks good. Overall good experience!

Great communication and delivery

Great communication and delivery. Quality of furniture is brilliant. Dispatch a little slower than we hoped because we didn’t pay the premium of £60 for next day but had hoped they would still aim to get it out asap. Overall great experience.

What a great delivery service

What a great delivery service from Denny who delivered my furniture with care and respect of my new home. Denny turned up on time and kept me updated on my delivery time and I was impress with Denny’s professional manner. A real joy to deal with and impressed with Daal so far based on their great delivery. Thanks Denny. Now off to put the furniture together.

I really like the furniture and it…

I really like the furniture and it wasn't difficult to put together.
Not great with delivery though. It states there's a £30 charge if you miss delivery of item so I assumed I'd be given plenty notice. First I was sent a text telling me it would arrive 'today' so we stayed in and no delivery, company said text had been sent in error. Actual delivery was over a week late and notice was only given on same day of arrival so if you have work, you'll miss it.

Despite it was Christmas times when I ordered my dining table I received it before Christmas. So on time and delivered with care. Good packaging and beautiful furniture. I love both my dining table and the chairs. They are comfortable and stylish.🥰 I’m extremely happy with my purchase 🤗

Beautiful items but restricted storage

I purchased the Frances Rattan 3 Tier Shoe Storage, whilst this looks beautiful, was easy to put together and is good quality, unless like the image you want to put flat plimsoles or sliders in there, it does not fit shoes with heels or ankle height boots. Even if you take the extra panel out, you are still very limited as to what you can put in there.
I also purchased the Frances Rattan 4-Door Wardrobe. Equally lovely to look at, great quality etc but the bottom rail is only really for folded trousers or would be good for children’s clothes, anything else on this rail would scrunch at the bottom of the wardrobe.

Couldn’t have asked for a better duo…

Couldn’t have asked for a better duo than Craig and William delivering my order this morning, what a pleasant start to my day. They would put ant & dec to shame. Came to the front door, I asked if they could put both items in garage, took them round no bother, signed the electronic phone confirmation thingy and they even wished me a Happy New Year as they left! Class, love to see it. Thank you

Really happy with our purchase

Really happy with our purchase, the chair is very well made and comfortable, and the delivery men were prompt, helpful and polite. Assembly of the legs was easy and it is a fantastic addition to our room. Highly recommend.

Great experience using Daals the…

Great experience using Daals the communication was spot on regarding delivery and the driver Kenny was very friendly. Haven’t actually opened the boxes yet to make up bed but the customer service was fantastic! Also bed arrived much earlier than expected which is fab.

The service was excellent

The service was excellent. I received regular updates dates regarding the delivery and given a three hour slot early the morning of delivery, from 10.15-13.15 and I received my goods exactly at 10.15. The delivery men were really helpful and polite. Great overall service.

Very speedy acknowledgement of my order, and a follow up email to clarify my address.
Jonas certainly understands good customer service.
Only just ordered, so can't comment on actual delivery, or quality, yet, but I have no reason to believe either will be anything short of excellent.

Missing delivery

All day I have been received text messages from deals to advise I will be receiving my delivery on the 6th Jan 2025. On Friday 3rd Jan 2025, I recwive a text to advise my delivery has been made. O cannot find a contact number . Deals only have an email address that send a notifications that you will receive a response within five days.

Terrible customer service!!!

I had a fantastic experience with Daals

I had a fantastic experience with Daals, and specifically Louise.

I placed an order on the Wednesday, and come Friday it was being delivered, much quicker than expected! I had a couple of slightly awkward delivery requirements and I called Daals on the Thursday, spoke to Louise, who was incredibly helpful and professional, and ensured that my delivery requirements were passed to the courier. Then on the Friday, the items were delivered as per my requests. I am very impressed with the service received.

Side Table

One suggestion: This piece of furniture had stylish angled legs which meant it didn't have flat feet, so I would buy felt pads at the same time as the order if you have a delicate floor. However, it was gorgeous quality and had hidden screws in the design which made it sturdier than other flat-pack furniture. Also had little stickers to hide the screws which was a nice detail. Great price and arrived within two days.

They don't assist you with returns…

They don't assist you with returns unless you officially file a claim with your credit card company. It was literally clockwork. I sent emails, called, etc. and was simply given copy/paste replies from different 'people' who didn't even bother to look at my account. One email said 'insert product name' (clearly a template email). They kept ghosting or changing the goal post until I put a claim in and then magically a collection was organized. Will not be ordering from them again.

Nice price and a good looking chair....

Online description and the nice price made me buy this chair. It was what I was looking for my home office. It was delivered extra speedily and earlier than advised. It replaces a larger rather luxurious leather chair. Being somewhat smaller, the new chair fits in the space better. It was quite easy to assemble, but a second pair of hands might have been useful. I really like the look of the grey fabric, and the chair is easy to operate and use. But I wouldn't quite agree that it's "extra padded". It's just about ok, but I find the seat rather hard (especially compared to my previous chair). I'm glad I mostly use it at my computer desk usually for shorter sessions. I wouldn't be inclined to recommend it for fuller time work. But overall - good value for my needs.
