The reviews on here cannot be real

The reviews on here cannot be real. Neither are those on the 'Judgeme' tool on their website as I tried to leave one there and it's never shown.
We ordered a chair on 6th August. 14 weeks and two emails chased up, into our '12-16 week lead time', we were told they didn't even have the material we'd selected. This was only after I'd chased twice! I was then told that the material would be delivered by the end of the year... 21 weeks into our '12-16 weeks lead time'. THEN they'll have to be made and we'll be given 2 weeks notice for delivery. I've heard nothing since and it's now end of December. Will be contacting the bank to try and get our money back. Avoid avoid avoid.

Highly recommend!

I recently purchased a sofa from Daia Home based on a friend’s recommendation, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Despite being a small company, their communication was excellent throughout the entire process, right up until the sofa was delivered. The sofa itself turned out exactly as I’d hoped. I would highly recommend Daia Home!

Late delivery and not to specification.

Back in February 2023 I ordered 2 sofas and specifically requested a non standard depth. 6 months later the sofas arrived. Daia sent a complementary foot stall by way of apology for late delivery. Different colour material and legs, however. The main issue is the depth. Not the 111cm contracted, but a mere 92cm. Both of us being around 6ft, means that they are of no comfort at all. Daia having delivered items that were not contracted, soon refused any communication. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had and at time of writing, is still unresolved.

Great service, and great sofa. Very comfortable and honesty couldn’t fault it. Got delivered before Christmas which was a huge bonus. Would highly recommend.

Faultless service and best quality…

Faultless service and best quality workmanship I've seen
My husband and I were looking for a loose cover sofa for a long time before we came across daia home. Anything decent we saw in a showroom was priced over £5000 for a 3 seater, and more or less the same online, which is frankly ridiculous.

We were about to give up when we came across daia home. They have the largest range of loose cover sofas we could ever hope to find. We had our reservations ordering without even seeing the sofa, but looking at the guarantees they offer and their feedback, we decided to go for it.

We've now had our sofa for the past 3 months and I still love looking at it. The loose cover is so beautifully tailored and the Spa linen is wonderfully soft to touch. The elegance this sofa has brought to our living room is an absolute joy. And all that for a third of the prices we were looking at before coming across daia home.

This is the second purchase from daia…

This is the second purchase from daia home. Having purchased a sofa for mg bar . I decided to purchase two more for my lounge after sampling the quality. I am delighted with the service and quality fron start to finish. What a great find.

Happy customer

I received two Lilly sofas in January. They were of top-notch quality, and the entire buying process was seamless. In August, after using a harsh cleaning agent, I spotted a tiny area of flaky material on a cushion. It was barely noticeable, but I reached out to daia home for advice. Within just three days, they decided to construct a new cushion cover for me. Although I was content with the initial ones, they insisted on the replacement. Their customer service is genuinely unparalleled. With other companies, I've had to wrestle to address issues, but daia home was outstandingly proactive and helpful. If you're considering purchasing from them, don't hesitate. They're an exceptional company through and through, and they'll go above and beyond if any issue arises. Many thanks!

Well after I have just read some of…

Well after I have just read some of the reviews on here, I have to say, I have had an excellent experience with Daiahome. I wanted a bespoke size. Every question I asked was answered promptly. I was told three months and it was approx just under that for delivery. For the price of the sofa , considering they changed the depth of it for me , was excellent value. Delivery company informed me, all the way. Two person team . And Im now sitting comfortably on the new sofa as I write this. Thank you Daiahome. I would use you again.

Don't buy from them- Worst customer service ever!!

My friend ordered a sofa 6 months ago and hasn't had it yet
They set a delivery date so she got rid of her old sofa and on the night before the delivery day they cancelled it and moved it to another date in 2 weeks
So she has now no sofa in her living room because of this unacceptable customer service
It's the worst experience ever
I will advice all my friends to avoid them

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Ordered and paid for a deep seated sofa in February. Delivered in August - wrong measurements. Proportions are all wrong and very narrow and uncomfortable. Company are not interested. I have engaged help of credit card company to get a refund and for company to accept a return. I will get my money back as clearly in breach of contract but now I’m being accused of fraud and theft! Do not use this company. They do not show proper bad reviews on their website.

9 months for sofa to arrive

I ordered a sofa from Daia and the service was completely shambolic. It took 9 MONTHS for my sofa to arrive. I constantly chased them and the customer service was appallingly. Had to chase repeatedly to get an answer. They offered me an Ottoman as compensation for the deay which never arrived snd they just stopped responding to any emails or calls. Please avoid ordering from this here, it really is horrendous,

Getting help from Daia Home was amazing…

Getting help from Daia Home was amazing from start to finish. We were pretty nervous about buying sofas without seeing them first, but the clear sizes and good info about what they're stuffed with helped a lot. The leather looks and feels awesome, and our 3-seater sofas and armchair are made really well. Just make sure to check if they’ll fit through your doors. We got ours in through the back garden. The delivery went super smoothly, no hitches at all.

Fab product, poor service, dreadful delivery

We are thrilled with our new sofas - they are beautiful and high quality. We would have given the sofas 5 stars, but the delivery experience and communication from Daia was extremely poor. We did not order bespoke sofas, and they took 22 weeks to deliver instead of the maximum 18 weeks. We had to chase consistently and were given numerous delivery dates, which went by. In the end, we had to liaise with the courier company ourselves, who informed us that Daia had cancelled the delivery. We then went back to Daia and they rearranged for another courier to deliver our sofas. A lovely man turned up at 7pm on Friday night (we were told 1pm) with our sofas in what was a large transit van. He had a load of other parcels to drop off and he was by himself! Thankfully my husband was able to help him. We are highly satisfied with the product now it’s here. However, I would suggest anyone ordering from Daia should do so on a credit card to safeguard the purchase, and you may well need to chase the delivery, as we did.
