Extremely helpful, Flawless!

Extremely helpful, genuine and kind people. The whole process of reporting a claim, to the case being managed and passed onto the legal team was smooth like butter. I couldn't have been happier with the proceedings and easy communication. Easily some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. I'd rate above 5 Stars if it were an option! Many thanks again.

Very helpful and a good start

Ian is very knowledgeable and explains the process very well. He was always quick to answer any questions and discuss the case and has assured me that will continue throughout the process. My case has been taken on by one of there solicitors & is in the early stages at present, hopefully will all go well 🤞�

I was so very sceptical… spoke to Ian…

I was so very sceptical… spoke to Ian who explained everything so brilliantly. I still stalled for a few weeks, occasionally contacting Ian, he was always kind, understanding of my reticence and made it clear it must be my decision whether to proceed.
After a couple of months with no pressure/contact at all from anyone I finally felt safe to contact Ian again. He went over and over how everything worked whilst understanding my worries without making me feel stupid in the slightest. A great company who don’t abandon you once underway with solicitors. Always at the end of a phone or prompt reply to an e mail. I thoroughly recommend

Definitely recommend!

I've never been through this before and Ian spoke to me thorough he explained everything that happens, when he needed more pictures to help my claim out he even apologised saying I no you have already sent enough. But I was happy and willing to do more. I then spoke to Amy and she was just as lovely. These 2 people have really made me feel at ease and even said they hope my son feels better on numerous occasions which was lovely to hear. Thank you for all your support! Definitely recommend to anyone!

Very Good - Reassuring.

Justin is excellent, very clear and thorough in his approach with outstanding listening skills ie: I did not have to repeat anything (incl tele and email details) twice. Rare in today's day where nobody has the time to truly hear you and everything is such a rush.
Very thankful for the time and the respectful dialouge.

Ian, professional, thorough and friendly.

Ian, is a friendly and very polite professional. I was made to feel comfortable at all times and felt his explanation on things were perfect. I was made to feel at ease, and felt confident Ian was going to do his best to help in the most appropriate way. I had a very nice conversation with him, we even discussed our family’s briefly. I am so far happy with the service I have received.

I emailed this website 2 years ago when…

I emailed this website 2 years ago when I was asking for advice re a tripping hazard where I broke my hip and was suing the council. The council in the first instance had denied liability and Ian basically told me that I didn't have a case.
Fortunately, I persevered and the Council offered a settlement and I have now instructed a solicitor through my work Union. Please take the advice on here as just advice as Ian is not a qualified solicitor, merely an 'expert' ??? Thank goodness I didn't take his advice

We're sorry that we were unable to take your enquiry further. However, when it comes to advising as to whether we feel our Solicitors would be willing or able to pursue a claim enquiry, we use strict risk assessment criteria to assess the viability or otherwise of a claim enquiry. Sadly, in your case we weren't of the view that you would succeed and felt that our Solicitors would not be able to pursue the matter for you. As with all personal injury claims providers, we understand that an enquiry we 'reject' may be seen in a more positive light elsewhere and likewise, a matter that another firm has turned away, we may successfully place with our Solicitors.

Ian has worked in personal injury compensation for over 20 years and has an excellent knowledge base with regards to evaluating claims, the claims processes, claimants rights and whether establishing liability is likely. It's not an exact science of course, but in the main our initial assessments prove to be correct and see our claimants succeed with their claims.

All matters are handled by qualified specialist personal injury Solicitors or overseen by a senior Solicitor if the matter is being handled by a qualified and skilled personal injury paralegal.

Fantastic service!

Fantastic service!

I contacted Ian Morris at Direct2Compensation to help with regards to an accident on my bicycle. I was worried about making a claim as I had no idea what to do or who to contact. Ian Morris was great and the perfect person to talk to, he explained what would need to be done, and what information I would need to provide. He also recommended a trusted and efficient solicitor to take on my case. After receiving several complicated forms from the solicitors Ian was more than happy to go through them with me and explain in layman's terms what parts related to me etc.
It has made the whole experience a lot easier and has saved me lots of time and worry. I cannot recommended Direct2Compensation enough!

Extremely professional service

If you want a professional service then this is the firm for you. After making an initial enquiry I was contacted by Ian who was friendly, helpful and obviously very experienced. Everything was explained up front without me having to ask confirmed by email and then literally within 2 days I was talking to the Solicitors and my claim is proceeding.
