They send a wrong size trousers. When confronted they replied immediately. The right size wasn't in stock anymore and told me I could pick any item in store. They sent it the same day and I got to keep the other trousers as well.

Well , following on from the last review I left , was contacted very swiftly by Rashid at Druids who was extremely apologetic , said that he would ensure I would receive the right polo's originally ordered but in XL, and send a pre paid return label so I would not continue to incur further costs for no fault of my own. I cannot fault Rashid and Team Druids for their attention on this matter , polo's arrived today , correct size , perfect fit. Very happy customer now !

Sizing is off.
I have no problem fitting into Large from every other manufacturer. Yet the large shirt I just received from you is a medium at best.
You should have a notification on your sizing that your clothes are not on the same scale as all other manufacturers on the planet.
The 34 waist of the pants is actually a 32"

Order various items one of which was unfortunately the wrong size, I reordered the item in the next size and returned the incorrect item to Druids via the return label etc. Since then I’ve heard nothing and the replacement item has not been received. No contact telephone number to find out what is going on!! Not impressed!!

Nice fitting trousers for the summer months, slightly more casual than standard golf trousers. Pairs well with trainer type golf shoes. True to size and good quality. Hopefully by the summer I'd have lost some weight and ill need to size down!

Prices were excellent , quality and sizing is very good however delivery was very slow , took 10 days to arrive dispatch took 3 days from date of order . Will buy again though

The quality is really good. I was expecting "OK". It's far better than that. Similar products do vary and the descriptions don't always support that. But I'm now a repeat customer and lots of my friends are too. They've become my go-to source for clothing before anywhere else. Put shoes + equipment into the mix and who knows how big Druids could be....

Charged incorrect price, sent incorrect items, refused to fix the issues. Sent the order back 6 weeks ago and still no refund received despite saying it was being processed on multiple occasions.
Products are good but customer service is similar to any scam company, just hope you don't need them

The delivery isn't the fastest, but that is all good with me. They update you almost every day on the status.
The quality of the items is so high, and there is so much choice and colour and style. I exclusively wear Druids when golfing. If they had shoes, I would get them too!

The prices and color choices are outstanding. However, ordering and returning something from the states is quite expensive if the item doesn’t fit, or a customer doesn’t like it. Not enough info on how the pants, jackets, shirts are cut or sized in USA sizes. Would be better if Druids paid for the retune of items, then Imwould give 5 stars.

Great products for great value.
Experienced a small issue with one of my products and straight away they replied to my complaint and sent me a new item to settle the matter.
Have not experienced as good customer service for a long while!

Goods despatched on 28/12. Never arrived, asked for refund and told that I cannot be refunded as they're still being despatched.
In this era of 'order by 10pm for next day delivery' to have waited 16 days and still without order is disgraceful.

Great service - items were delivered quickly before Christmas. Customer service team was really helpful too - I needed to return one item (wrong size) but unfortunately Evri were taking an age to deliver it back. Given it was the couriers issue, Druids very kindly sent the replacement item ahead of the return arriving.

On receiving the trousers very pleased with the quality. Just disappointed with the delivery time 2-3 days turned into 10. I know it was around Christmas time but if it’s going to be 10 then say 10. Otherwise very happy.
