Durchblicker was extremely helpful and helped me cut gas costs by almost 50%. It was far easier to compare the true costs of the various options available via Durchblicker than on the provider websites, especially as an expat whose German is choppy on a good day. The Durchblicker representative I spoke with also patiently helped clear up any questions I had.

I still don't understand they told me my bank details doesn't work and ask me to send them by email which is not secure no this kind of data. I tried to log in my account to enter again my bank detail but I can't have access ! I'm very disastified by thei customer service

The service is good for price and comparissons within the market, but the duration was very long, with a lot of followup from our side to receive updates and, honestly, we will not anymore hope that we will receive an answer… the contract conclusion, was taking 5 months, way too long for such service. Most probably is not your fault, but as long as you are the intermediary, you should take care of this, at least with offten communications towards your client.
Last point…even if you have a phone number…in 5 calls during your working hours, nobody was answering in 10 min..afterwards, i closed…
