I needed to amend my order after placing it and that was no problem. The goods came very quickly, were well packaged to avoid damage and were easy to install.

I reached out to Easy Garden Irrigation for assistance on installing a Rain Bird sprinkler system. They were very helpful in providing guidance over the phone and through guides on their website. On placing the order the goods were with me 24 hours later. Well packaged and no missing goods.
Overall a great end to end experience and will be using again in the future.

Ordering and delivery was easy.
There was no written instructions. Had to find a you tube video for more info.
There should be some reference on the description that there is no override to enable manual watering . So a pipe isolator bypass and valve has to be installed. That is Not cheap.
Overall a good product.

I want to clarify that there is indeed a manual override option available within the timer menu, which allows for manual watering when needed. This would have been clear if you had received the instructions, so I can only apologise for the confusion.Â

This company is an absolute joy. I like the help pages on the website and the what you would need for particular set-ups. Such a great place to start with planning. There is loads of excellent information. The website is friendly and reminds you that there is genuine help there if you need it. Delivery is amazing...next day as standard. I love how everything came in little paper bags like sweets! Email communications are personalised and friendly. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. It has been an absolute joy using them. And I have a fantastic irrigation system as well!!

Great service with speedy delivery and follow-up. Only issue was I bought the wrong diameter soaker hose as it wasn’t clearly stated on their website what the diameter was (now corrected I believe).
Would definitely use them again.

Their website is very easy to use and the ordering system is excellent. When they receive the order they work very quickly to despatch the item so you can put it to use.

Grace planned my system for me and creating a shopping list. Through no fault of Grace I struggled to install. She had the patience of a saint hand holding me through and providing support. As I’ve said before, we won’t use your product until next spring/summer as we’ve had droughts the last 4 years and have to be out of the country in July for 5/6 weeks owing to a death in the family.
So I can not rate your product until then. It’s been raining since we got back mid September.
