100% of Website sales are on hold for 2 months now.

We were clients of Elavon for over six years. After years of loyal business, they suddenly decided that our business made too many refunds (10%) for a certain period. They stated they would terminate our contract. We had no issues with that as we found other merchants being cheaper anyway. However, after giving us three months' notice about terminating the contract, they stopped transferring 100% of our website sales This was just before Christmas sales started. They keeping 100% of all incoming payments through the website with no communication or explanation as to why. They are damaging our small, family run business, and we are incurring extra costs due to not being able to pay bills on time. It is a total disgrace.

I contacted support with a technical…

I contacted support with a technical issue. Keith went above and beyond not only to fix the issue for me but also gave me some fantastic tips and tricks which have saved me hours of work. In 20 years of working with payment gateway companies I've never come across such a well organised and helpful company. The fantastic service Keith gave me today was the absolute icing on the cake. I've already told other people in my network how good Elavon's solution is.

Appauling theives

Been with this company for years, all of sudden they have decided to keep from us tens of thousands until they are satisfied on our ongoing credit review which is ridiculous and appalling considering our customers have paid via card and they haven’t been declined the cards were excepted, I believe evalon are using this as an excuse to hold on to MY MONEY. Despite asking them to release the funds they won’t until they are ready to do so. So in the meantime over the hardest time of year, we have had to seek a loan to get us through this very bad situation caused by them. We are in the funeral sector and this hasn’t sat well with our customers because there funds have not been received, we are now looking into legal advice and will change to another company

Really great support from Elavon today

Really great support from Elavon today. Had me sorted within 16 minutes whilst on the call to them regarding an e-commerce integration. If only all payment gateway providers were as amicable.

Helpful human

I got through to a person without having to go through an automated system, he was helpful and immediately checked our account and told me how we could reduce our costs. He listened to my questions and answered them and didn't just give me a sales pitch.

Excellent Tech Support when needed most

Had an issue late on in the day - was lucky to get through to a Tech called Simon who was absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to help avert what could have been a major issue within the business.. Wish all companies were this helpful !

Crooks

Where to start?! Since my last complaint, Elavon finally got in touch with me (they ignored all my calls and emails but they didn't like my experience being shared on trustpilot). they finally admitted their error and agreed to pay me half of what they owe. For the sake of moving on, I accepted. Nearly a month later I have not been paid despite assurances. Instead, I have received a further demand for payment from Elavon FOR THE AMOUNT THEY OWE ME! And they sent that to the wrong address. It beggars belief. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs - unless you want to be able to sue them for harassment and theft.
