I bought a freezer from them,and paid…

I bought a freezer from them,and paid for it to be delivered to my hall way. The delivery boy( Home Delivery) was very disrecpectfull and rude, he decided to leave a 418liter freezer outside in the rain. When we tried contacting electrodepot, neither their phone number or emailadress was accessible. A very useless company to deal with. Don't buy
from them, to avoid being a victim!!!

Fraud and rude company and rude delivery company

I bought a washing machine and I choose as delivery option that says that they will deliver it to my door home or lobby of my home. So I am living in a 3rd floor without lift and what a surprise when the delivery company knocked my door they refused to deliver the washing machine to my floor. Another companies they provided this information and offer free delivery however I choose this company because it is true that the washing machine was cheap. As you can understand I am living alone and I cannot carry with so heavy washing machine I offered money to compensate or call the the company to pay... but they were very rude (the delivery company is My Home Delivery). The information on the web is very confuse and you cannot find any option that inform about floor or elevator.... I am not going to buy nothing more in this shop. Thanks to a guy that saw the situation because I wanted to cry and he help me. The Electro Depot is a fraud because they provided the information in a confuse way to mess the client. And the delivery company they employees are terrible rude, but terrible it could take 3 minutes to help me... Terrible company and terrible people. Inhumane behavior seeing how a single person could never carry that box up to the third floor when with their help it would have taken only 2 minutes and I would have paid to have it solved. It is not because I wanted to save money it is because the information is terrible and confuse.

Rip Off Warning

Be careful guys when you are getting goods delivered get it in writing. We bought a deep freezer and were told that it would cost 35 euros to have it delivered by a contractor, which we said ok, we told we would a phone call to said what time it would be delivered, sure enough we did, again we were told it would be 35 euros so anyway next day a van drew up with our deep freezer on my husband went to give him the 35 euros , the guy turned round and said no it is 45 euros as it is over 30 kilometres which I know is b.s. as our home is less than that (we went to the Oostende shop), but because we had nothing in writing, then we had no option but to hand over 45 euros, electro depot we will not shop there again and also you need to sort your contractors out as they are on the take and you need to make sure you give your customers the correct price and information, potential customers you've been warned.

bad experinece with Electro Depot

I have bought many products of the Valberg brand at Electro Depot in Ostend. One of these is the Groot vitrokeramisch fornuis VALBERG VAL CV 90 5MFC NVT, costing 549.95 euro and comes with standard 2 year warranty. 1 Day we were baking meat in the oven, and all of sudden we see a crack coming in the glass-cover of the vitrokeramic plates. We contact the shop about this issue, the first employee said we had to contact vt service -as this is the repairshop voor Electro Depot. This sevice points back to Electro Depot -ping/pong game. Electro Depot recommends us to get things fixed for an amout 395.67 euro -for that price I almost buy a new one. We only used it for 5 months. In the end, no one wants to take responsibility from the side of Electro Depot or VT Service. According to there own exception list of non-valid-warranty rules, our issue does not belong to that list. However, Electro Depot still denies us a free repair of glass-cover. Until now we still work on it, to resolve the problem. This is my first experience with Electro Depot.

nobody of either Electro Depot or VT Service came to my home to diagnose the defect. The so called judgment throughout knowledge and experience is purely based on pictures I sent. To get a fair and honest judgement, I would strongly suggest that an expert comes and sees

Good product but bad delivery service

Good product but bad delivery service
My boss bought a dishwasher here and I helped him organising everything. I’m not usually writing bad reviews, I always try to see a silver lining. And the silver lining is the price of the product that my boss bought, which was pretty low and pretty convinient! Nothing to say about that. We’re disappointed by the service offered for the delivery of the product. Two days before, I spoke to the phone with the responsible for the delivery and he clearly asked me if there were stairs in the building. I, of course, told him yes. There are 25 or less stairs to reach the apartment, located at the first floor. There is only a little turn to do and it’s also pretty large. So we asked for an up only stairs delivery, which costs €39. Well this morning the two guys arrived, saw the stairs and said: “No sorry. We can’t deliver it upstairs. The stairs are not straight. There is a turn.” What does this even mean? Nobody asked me about the shape of the stairs, about any eventual turn. So we had to pay €39 and to bring the product for ourselves in the apartment. Sorry to say that but we’ll never buy anything here again. It’s not a normal thing to guarantee a service and then see this service disappear because of absurd excuses. And, worst thing, tell the client to pay for a non received service. Hope this review will help other clients.
