Helpful advice given. Prompt responses to questions. Regular communication about the stages of my order. Rushed my order in order to deliver by a set date and did their best to do so without needing to charge me an express order fee. Corporate Golf Event Merchandise
I placed an order for some branded golf shirts and golf balls for a corporate event I was hosting. Typically the order was placed very close to the wire but the team at Event caddie were very efficient in getting the proofs mocked up and everything turned up on time and to a very high quality. Would definitely use them again.

Hannah Watson, customer service advisor, was the most efficient person I’ve dealt with in a long time. After I explained that I needed some caddie bibs urgently, she dealt with everything to ensure it arrived on time.

I would unreservedly recommend Event Caddie for any branded golf items. I found they were quick, responsive and helpful. I purchased multiple items for 60 guests at a corporate golf event and all items were as expected, good quality and branding looked spot on. We did have a minor issue with some of the items not arriving in the first instance and it was resolved within 24 hours I had what I needed in hand. Issues happen but it's how they're responded to and dealt with that makes the difference. I would absolutely trust this company to deliver.

Outstanding service from Sue and the team at Event Caddie for our recent charity golf event.
We were quite late to the table with all of our requests and had numerous issues with the format of logos but Event Caddie still managed to get all our signage here on time and it all looked amazing on the day!

Poor Communication
Our order wasn't fulfulled which we were advised was due poor communication with the warehouse as a result we didn't receive the order for our charity golf day. When calling in the days leading up to expected delivery date our calls were not returned so we were in limbo. Had we been advised later on it wasn't going to happen so we could have organised somethng else for the gift bags.
