Decaf beans
You advertise decaf coffee beans allow the purchase then either send the wrong item or cancel the sale.
Also you do not say when they will be back in. I have shopped elsewhere.

careful on the roasting date
I’ve always enjoyed the house roast and have been a customer for years. Recently the beans sent out are not fresh (last bag was roasted 8 weeks prior to me receiving) At this price they should be fresher.

The Mocha Italia roast is wonderful and…
The Mocha Italia roast is wonderful and well worth the shipping fees to the US. It’s a perfect balance of rich deep flavor without the bitterness that typically comes with darker roasts. We are officially obsessed!! I wasn’t paying attention to our pantry stock and am panicking that we might have to brew something else while we wait for our shipment to arrive! If you’re wondering if it’s worth the premium price, we say it’s worth it!

I would move to Wales for Ferrari's
I tried the Mocha Italia on a whim--found a bag at a Homegoods one day. Does the UK have Homegoods? If not, definitely look up Homegoods finds on TikTok. Anyway, fell in love with your coffee. Like a proper hoarder, I bought every bag I saw from then on out for weeks until Homegoods no longer had any. Had sad coffee for months. And then you started shipping overseas and made my dreams come true!

Cafe Classico - The Bestest Coffee Around!
Been serving this coffee to my customers in my new cafe since December 2023 and it has been a SUPER HIT with all of them!! I am always getting compliments about how the coffee tastes so lovely and is 110% better than Costa and Starbucks!
The service received from Ferrari’s Coffee staff is outstanding and my orders have always arrived on time.

I use a La Pavoni lever espresso machine and I am learning the “craft” chasing the perfect cup of coffee is fun. I like to experiment and I’ve just made a nice cup using 9 grams of Mount Legion and 9 grams of Piacentina deluxe,

Love the coffee
First time buyer and not a very pleasant experience at the beginning. The beans are delivered by DPD but they failed to send me the parcel at home and finally was reported lost in the pick up centre.
I sent my complaint to Ferrari’s CS and luckily the staff there agreed to send me a replacement. I finally got the beans one week later.
I bought one bag of Mount Elgon and one bag of Siena. Both taste good especially the Mount Elgon, nicely roasted, rich crema and full of favour. Not to mention the very competitive pricing.
Can’t wait to place my second order.

Royal Welsh Show Stand - Amazing Coffee
Royal Welsh Show Stand - Ferraris Coffee
We found them at the Royal Welsh Show at Builth Wells. Really friendly staff on the Stand who were very informative. I had a great Latte and my daughter had an Oat Latte. Each drink was made to perfection. Loved the interactive Spin The Wheel game, a great idea on the stand, which initially attracted us. All in all a fab experience... I also purchased a bag of Mocha Italia Coffee Beans, which I just used in my Sage Espresso Machine to make an Americano which was enjoyed by my very fussy wife! and a creamy latte for myself was also very nice.

Excellent service and support from the very start. We bought a coffee machine that was a pretty large investment for us, but Francis answered all our questions and pointed us in the right direction. We collected personally and Francis waited well past his normal closing time to make this happen.
Buy from real people running real businesses. It's worth it.

Coffee Aficionados Take Note of Ferrari Siena!
I live in Western Canada and came across The Ferrari Coffee Company's Siena dark roast in a somewhat random store. As an absolute lover of dark roast I couldn't resist giving the bag a little squeeze so I could 'taste' the beans. SOLD! Then home to brew. Truly one of the best and most unique bold flavored coffees I have ever had, and with a smooth finish. Seriously, it's Sunday morning and what got me out of bed at 0800 hours was the thought of brewing a cuppa Ferrari Siena! Well done Ferrari Coffee Team!

My favourite coffee.
I have been using this coffee for many years, the flavour is consistently good and is reasonably priced with excellent delivery times. I enjoy my favourite coffee every day and even take a supply on holiday.
The company is fair-trade and always innovative with their recyclable packaging and new blends.
The customer service is always first class.
I have many friends who have switched their regular coffee to Ferrari’s. If you haven’t tried it yet I can highly recommend Ferrrari’s Coffee

Incredible delivery speed
Incredible delivery speed. Coffee fantastic. Unfortunately I placed my first order and didn't see the whole bean option as it selected ground coffee instead. On my second order, you had to be really careful at all stages about your selection. This could be better laid out on your order form. You should have an order review highlighting the GROUND and WHOLE BEAN option as this was a costly mistake, albeit on my behalf.

Ordered a case after tasting a sample of the decaf, excellent, but even better for the price. Prior to this order I ordered a sample from a london roaster at 3 times the price. couldnt ever justify the extra cost, I appreciate its hard to make decaf taste good This is as good as it needs to be.

Great coffee
A coffee I discovered at a cafe in Tenby, led me to the website which has helpful roasting and tasting notes to help make the right choice. Mines Siena, a strong dark roast and worth its Great Taste Award

I am a wholesale customer. First and foremost, its a great range of products - Their coffee is best bar none (we use Piacentina, but the Deluxe is also amazing), followed up with a service to match. Top draw! Competitive pricing in current difficult times, an easy to navigate website and free next day delivery on qualifying orders. We now deal directly through the website but in the past have dealt directly in person with employees who are pleasant, helpful and all round nice guys.

Cafe Classico
The ordering process is simple and straightforward with prompt delivery. However, being a local customer it would be nice to be able to collect and connect with the company that produces such an excellent coffee experience.
I have sampled a range of Ferrari’s coffee and whilst everyone is excellent in its own right, the Cafe Classico is the winner. A rich, smooth crema creating the perfect espresso to start the day.

VERY good coffee
VERY good quality coffee! Very happy with the product they put out! Asked if they had Robusta only and they didnt, but recommended their robusta blend and didnt disappoint! Asked for it ground for Espresso machine. Maybe just a tad coarse for my machine, but pulled out a mean espresso regardless, NICE crema, punchy bold taste, fair price. Will keep on ordering from them! Thanks folks!!

Smooth purchase...but there are COD costs
Typically I have to randomly find this coffee bean at homesense, the ability to order it directly in Canada was a new development and helpful. The backbone of shopify was a smooth experience and helpful for details and tracking. The one downside to this process is that UPS did a COD and required me to pay fees. An additional $20. This puts the product in the cost prohibitive category.

From the Bean to cup, Coffee at its best
Being a bit of a Coffee Nut and knowing the importance of having the right Coffee I invested in a bean to cup machine and then spent a considerable amount of time looking up Coffee roasters, I quickly realised Ferrari’s was just in my doorstep although they have been around for many many years. I sometimes call into their production facility to collect myself and sometimes I will have them to deliver it to me. One thing I know for sure the Coffee is always of great quality. Well done guys it’s a pleasure dealing you and your great company.
