I have been purchasing yarn from Federico for many years: the descriptions are perfect, the washing instructions always correct, and above all, the yarns are wonderful. Federico is always ready to give advice and explain which yarn can be best used for projects. Truly, I have complete confidence that with every purchase, I receive a perfect yarn, without defects and of the chosen composition (if I buy cashmere, I get cashmere, not a similar yarn!). I ordered two cones of cashmir yarns and was at first dubious of the quality: the yarn didn’t feel as soft as I had expected. Then I made a big enough sample with three different sizes of needles and washed it the way instructed. And the result was great (with the biggest needles)! Without the sample I would surely have chosen wrong needles.

Perfetto, sempre!!
But the delivery is not good. German dpd is not reliable: I'm 24/7 at home, but I get an email saying I haven't been found. The dpd driver is a liar and cheater.

Didn’t get free shopping on order over 300 euro.
Ask to wind one cone onto two cone, but my request was ignored

Update: company representative contacted me, made shopping cost refund and asked to contact the next time directly if I have some special requests. So good service indeed.
