At what was a difficult time, due to the sudden loss of Oscar. I found contact with Shaun via WhatsApp helpful, he shared me image options as well as videos.
Delivery was very quick and a I was given a welcome offer code as a discount.

I wanted it kept totally secret, as it was for Christmas.

Ordered a sentimental gift for my wife , they dispatched it quickly, the courier delivered it broken, I contacted Shaun , he replied in minutes and then called me. He told me throw away the broken one and he’ll send a new one. He dispatched the next day, the courier then took 3 attempts at my front door instead of reading the safe place note in the system and putting it in my shed. The courier sent it back to forever always. I contacted Shaun on our previous thread , he replied instantly and put it with another courier overnight.

Can’t recommend this guy enough. A proper example of how business should be done.

Just received crystal, I must say I wasn’t expecting alot but it is totally brilliant. It’s a heavy crystal for the size and the image is perfect. My wife will be over the moon when she opens this on Christmas Day. Totally recommend forever always and I’m just about to order a rotating base, many thanks again.

The quality of the 2D Photo Christmas 1�7/h2>

The quality of the 2D Photo Christmas Ornament is great, it's heavy and has a neat, consistent bevelled edge. The presentation box is lovely, and the fast delivery from dispatch was much appreciated. However, we're disappointed with the position of the photo as it is not particularly centralised and part appears cut-off by the bevelled edge of the crystal. There is also a horizontal line across the top of the crystal beneath the hole, which we assume is due to the background of the photo. Unfortunately this takes away from what would otherwise be a high quality finished product.

We were looking for something special for my son and fiance for a wedding gift.
When we saw Forever-Always I knew their product were very special.
We chose the iceburge crystal and had our chosen photo lasered into it.
I contacted Shaun and we discussed what we needed.
All my questions were answered and everything explain thoroughly.
Absolutely Beautiful piece of work.
It was so good it bought a tear to my eye.
Also purchased a illuminated mounting stand for it, which you can change the colour of the light needed.
A really good service and a really good product.
