The customer service is excellent, and they stay in touch throughout. The only minor issue was a strong varnish scent upon opening, but it seems to fade with use. Overall, a great experience, and I’ll definitely be back for more! Solid 4 stars!
Wonderful company! Purchases are packaged with care and arrive fast. I've bought from them three times. Company has great communication through email and the 'Shop' app. Would highly recommend.
I was hoping to get my preorder on the day of release, but it ended up being the next working day (following the weekend).

Outstanding customer service
What a superb company. Pre-ordered PS5 and they were honest and sent very informative email stating that we were on a waiting list. I managed to secure a release day order elsewhere and contacted them on web chat. Refunded me straight away and when asked went on to give lots of information about new PS5 games plus PS4 that get free upgrades to PS5. Will definitely buy the games from GameOn in future. Great little company with very friendly And helpful staff.

Thought this site was a bit dodgy I preorederd the ps5 from it as nobody else has one in stock. Although you have to pay for shipping first it seems legit. Plus the reviews are good. Let's see on November 19th ayy

Honest PS5 Preorder Process
Found these guys by accident when searching for a PS5 pre-order. Of all the firms I checked, they were the most open about the prospect of securing a console on release day and the cancellation process should I secure a guaranteed console elsewhere in the meantime also looks to be clear and easy. Customer service seems really good and it is clear that GameOn have put thought into answering all the questions regarding what has definitely been a botched release programme from Sony. It feels like you are dealing with real people, rather than a faceless customer services team.

Was searching high and low for a Nintendo switch at the start of lockdown - finally sourced one from these guys after they messaged saying one was in stock! Ordered the Thursday, it came the Friday!
