Had to chase re delayed delivery. Ultimately discovered order had not been placed with supplier. Had to followup to expedite customs release then incorrectly received invoice for this. Too many slipups to have confidence going forward. Slow delivery times introduces counter-party risk in uncertain times

There was some difficulties to receive a parcel with my coins bought in New Zealand. I sent it to another country and we failed to let them understand that it was my own property. David bent over backwards to assist with the whole process to get customs to release it on the other side, as well as the courier company that handled the parcel to release it to me personally. I am very impressed with how he continued to protect my assets in a professional way.

The gold survival guide provide a very comprehensive report about precious metal investment and buying. They provide charts for the latest dollar and metal price and give a sold breakdown so we don't have to try and decipher them ourselves. Their report is free and so is their advice. They also provide the best spot silver price in New Zealand.

Thanks you guys, easy process.

I live rural and I'd arranged with the supplier (not GSG) to have it sent to the local Post Office instead of my home address. Turns out NZ Post will only accept a c/- Post Office package if you have an account with them and wouldn't accept delivery. All got sorted the same day and delivery was made :)

Reliable. That's the word. They updated and communicated well. Delivery was earlier than initially scheduled, which is good. And of course, the items are good as gold. Highly recommended and would definitely use the services in the future. Oh, and by the way, this is not the first transaction I made with them.

Gold Survival Guide has been extremely helpful in assisting with my precious metals purchases. From scouting the best prices, brokering the order, and even collecting and holding an overseas delivery. David has been responsive and attentive throughout.

Very professional, the team are more than happy to spare and advise re markets and purchasing at any time.
Most helpful.
Totally reliable.
Only complaint, the insurance covers the product until it arrives and is signed for.
Twice now I have found items just left at my front door.
This is obviously not the fault of the team at Gold Survival guide. But rather a sloppy courier.

Please just make certain that you are at home on day of delivery all day.
I obviously need to report this to the team.
I state again, this is the courier, not the fault of this very professional group of people.

Love the educate first, sell second philosophy of Gold Survival Guide. All of the information they provide is very helpful, particularly for a first time buyer. The only reason for 4 stars, rather than 5, is that the process of buying required getting a quote by email, then emailing back with an acceptance - on not, before the sale is completed. This extra step, rather than just buying straight from the website, might cost them some customers. Overall, very happy with my purchase.

At time of purchase it was stated 12 weeks to deliver.
So it all went well.
