Ordered a single iron which unfortunately couldn't be supplied with my choice of shaft though advertised on the website that it was available. Quick correspondence with Matt who offered sincere apologies and gave the option of an alternative shaft or full refund. Chose alternative shaft and order was received within a few days. Very good customer service.

Great service by Golf Star. Had ordered a set of starter clubs from another store but a week before Christmas they cancelled the order. So this was a very late Christmas purchase and everything arrived super fast. Club set has been very well received, great value for money

When I ordered the Ecco golf shoes, you were showing stock of size 41 and accepted my order due for delivery before Christmas. It later came to light that the stock wasn’t there and I was advised that more would be coming from America and still be delivered before Christmas. After chasing the order again I was then advised a revised delivery date of 9th January which you nearly got right actually delivering on 10th January.
The shoes are exactly what I wanted but weren’t a very good Christmas present-

Fantastic customer service, good choice of equipment/clothes and accessories to choose from and a very user friendly website.
I bought the mystery box for £100 and although it’s a little bit of a gamble what you actually get, I received goods that probably close to double the £100 I paid! I received a pair of Oscar Jacobson pants, belt, bobble hat and snood, a Castore Polo shirt, Taylor made cap and glove, Titleist pro v1 golf balls and some tees.
Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Very helpful sales person when I called and asked questions. He arranged all aspects of delivery and costings and could not have been any more thoughtful or attentive. I upgraded my purchase (golf bag) via a second phone call, and the process of cancelling my first order and remaking a second and making further payment, was swift and painless. Delivery was on time and in good condition.

Ordered up a Galvin Green Polo top (last one in stock and in the sales) from Golf Star Direct. For whatever reason, they couldn't find it. Received a call from Matt apologising and asking if I could choose another, or they could refund me.
Was happy to choose the same top, but different colour.
Received a few days later, with a free hat, tees and ball marker, as well as a thank you card with discount codes.
These guys always go above and beyond with there customer service.

After a slight issue with the online order the customer service guys sorted it out straight away. Product arrived amazingly quick and the best price I could find anywhere. Bigger name retailers could take a leaf out of the Golfstar Direct book. I’ll definitely be looking to buy from them again.

I have used Golfstar for a fair few things now and alway been brilliant, this time I tried out there 100 pound mystery box and was impressed with contents the Oscar Jacobson thermal trousers are brilliant. Didn’t like every single thing in there but what can you expect that personal preference
