I have never really paid attention to what my broadband provider gave me, but the Gigabitiq team were so thorough and talked me through everything. I love how easy it is to use the app. The family safeguard is amazing, it's so easy to use and I can block certain websites and apps that the children are too young for. You have just made my children safer online so thank you.

They used a government gigabit voucher from my business worth £1500, that I gladly made use of when they said they would take account of it in the level of service they would provide, but then didn’t. I could have used the personal voucher, worth a lot less (£250?) and saved my business one for when I move house but they clearly were after the higher amount. They went back on what they promised.

We explained the situation in October 2022, when you raised this to us, and when you got your service connected.
The gigabit voucher scheme is to support the providers to build out full fibre infrastructure to areas. Grayshott Gigabit qualified for the gigabit vouchers to incentivise us to build full fibre as there were no providers in the area building prior to us committing to build.
The vouchers do not go to the individual ("i could have used") but to the provider that is risking the commercial aspect to build fibre in rural areas. The voucher goes against the premise, so if you move to another area that still has vouchers, you can use another voucher - note the voucher value is the same for residential or business.

moving from B.T to Gigabit Broadband was quickly and efficiently done . Excellent speeds now , no interruptions . The printer was not picking up immediately after installation . but Mike came round next day and resolved the problem very quickly .

Also, we're happy to support customers with our value added Managed Wi-Fi service, in your case getting your printer connected to our router. Note, some printers use an older version of security (WPA or WPA2), whereas our Blast Wi-Fi 6 router defers to the latest standard of WPA3, which provides more encryption to support customers against hacks & cyber threats. In your case, we amended the security settings to get your printer online, and we're pleased that we were able to resolve the situation as part of our excellent local support from our engineer, that you will not find from BT, Gigaclear, or any of the other virtual service providers.
We hope to continue to improve our service, and check for printer connectivity in other customers as well, so we thank you for bringing this to our attention. We hope to continue to serve you in the best possible way!
I spent a lot of time faffing about, wondering whether I wanted to give up my landline (or pay separately for one) and where I wanted to router and its accompanying bits to be. Grayshott Gigabit were nothing but kind and patient and helpful. The installation went well. There was a change of date because they needed a cherry picker to sort the connection to my telegraph pole, but I was notified.
I like the fact that do not put up their prices mid-contract and almost the best part about it is that you can get straight through to them on the phone. No odious multiple choice options, just one number and straight through. Also, they are a local company who care about the community they are living in. They’re not here just to make huge amounts of money for their investors by giving cheap introductory prices and then hiking prices dramatically as that offer ends.
I have given 4 stars because I struggle to get a signal in my bedroom. (I am in a bungalow so it’s down the other end from the router.) I knew this might be the case but it seems odd that sometimes I can and sometimes I can’t. I could get a booster, but Grayshott Gigabit like you to pay monthly for theirs so they can monitor your use for problems. This option is quite expensive compared to purchasing one, although I realise some of the cost if for the monitoring.
I am more than happy to recommend this broadband supplier. What they do works and any time you need to call it’s more like talking with friends. (And I haven’t missed the landline except when I’ve put my phone down somewhere and I need to call it to find it!)

I have been with Grayshott Gigabit for the past two trouble free years but today I woke up to no internet. A quick call to the support number and within 10 minutes an engineer was at the door with a new router, I was back up and running in no time at all. Other suppliers might be a few quid cheaper, I don't know, I haven't looked, but this type of local support when you are working from home is priceless.

At 9pm last night our new puppy chewed through our cable for our internet. I quickly fired off an e-mail to customer services and got a response that evening. Even better was, by 9:30 am we were back up and running after a new cable was dropped off by an engineer. This agile service is incredible, and better than you get from the established big companies. Excellent service by a local caring team.

Excellent customer service. Speed now 3 times more than what we had and all devices working seamlessly. We had a problem connecting to some of our older devices, but these were resolved easily with a home visit.

Providing quick and helpful service while maintaining a polite and courteous demeanor is a top priority for us, so it's wonderful to know that we met your expectations in this regard. We always strive to go the extra mile for our customers, and it's incredibly rewarding to hear that our efforts were so appreciated.
This was a simple and straightforward request for a fast Internet instalation. The line to a pole across the road was installed several weeks ago. The company that installed the line then fitted a line to my house ( ten days after it should have been fitted). Grayshott Gigabit then tested the line and found that the speed was nowhere near the expectation, so another line was fitted. Gigabit were then able to install the in-house wiring and modem. Unfortunately the other company's junction box wouldn't work, so further delays entailed, until eventually Gigabit were able to supply the promised speeds. Throughout the installation the Grayshott Gigabit team were constantly trying to get the other company to fulfill it's obligations. They were unfailingly friendly, polite and hard working. The house was always kept tidy around the workplace. Despite the problems caused by a third party, Gigabit did exactly what was needed, and have stayed in touch to ensure that everything is working well.

Really appreciate your fantastic & candid feedback. Part of the challenge we face with Gigaclear (3rd party provider) is that their installations as so many reviews online pertain to can be hit & miss, which also affects us as the ISP. This is where we add value versus other ISP's, as we have build experience as an owner of an FTTP network ourselves, and so can challenge Gigaclear where they fall short in terms of our expectations and your expectations.
Glad all is working well, part of our value is the managed Wi-Fi capabilities we offer, and that sets us apart from not only Gigaclear but the majority of ISPs in the industry today.
Apart from not (even yet) tidying up the cables along the front wall of the building everything was fine.
