EPC- really simple and easy
I spoke to Harrison on the phone and he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and talked me through the whole process of getting an EPC for my mother in law’s home, he did the EPC at the time arranged and was very professional and the whole process was really simple. Highly recommended

Rapid response to EPC request
Contacted the surveyor at 10am and got an immediate response and had the EPC survey arranged for 14.00 that afternoon. Harrison arrived on time after sending me lots of straight forward emails. He was very efficient and thorough and explained clearly what he was doing. Very professional. Thank you

Transfer of land
I was talked through the process in terms i could understand. It was made simple and was cost effective in comparison to other mercharts. My surveyor also liased with my solicitor which was really helpful.the whole process went very smoothly. Very friendly and professional service.

Excellent service
We needed Land Registry compliant plans drawing urgently to help with the sale of our property and Harrison did not fail us. He responded within hours of my enquiry, communicated clearly throughout and had our new plans drawn up and ready for submission within 48 hours. What a fantastic service! Our neighbour was so impressed that they decided to use him too. Would definitely recommend Harpr Surveyors Ltd.

Super friendly excellent manners and efficient
Harrison was amazing super friendly and efficient. Answered all my questions queries and concerns. was really respectful in my house ie asked to access the rooms he needed he was extremely thorough. Made me feel comfortable would highly recommend him and will certainly concider using him for surveying in the future

Boundary Survey
