Klantenservice review

Kopen kan altijd en overal, buiten het feit dat Hifi Klubben verstand heeft van wat zij verkopen wil ik graag nog een extra pluim geven voor de Klantenservice. Adequate behandeling van je problemen en in overleg kan er ontzettend veel worden geregeld. Onze problemen met de TV zijn in het extra garantietermijn wat je daar standaard krijgt zeer goed behandeld en opgelost. Dikke 5 sterren waard!

My default store for anything audio

Carefully selected product range. They know what they sell. Extensive and transparent product info on the site. Friendly and swift service

At HifiKlubben they only sell things they'd buy for themselves.

HifiKlubben perfectly fills the gap between the discounters with stacked electronics on sale and the high-end specialists where you can burn a monthly salary on 1 meter of speaker cable.

Great experience, lots of different payment options

Great experience! Shipped fast, extended warranty, fair price.
Supports a lot of different payment options, including paypal and klarna.
Beware that I wasn't able to use klarna, probably it's an issue on Klarna and not on the store.

Purchase of high quality Sony…

Purchase of high quality Sony WF-1000XM3 In-ear Noise Cancelling wireless Headphones.
Perfect sound quality. Nice app for the Iphone.
It turned out that three days after my purchase the price dropped with € 20,00 (€ 99,00 i.s.o. € 119,00).
Difference was refunded within one day.

Recommended HifiKlubben to all my friends.

Bought a pair of Sony WF-1000xm4 in…

Bought a pair of Sony WF-1000xm4 in 2022. I've had to have them repaired twice now, because of issues well known. Without HiFi-klubben, this would have been hell (Sony does not have a pro-consumer reputation).

VERY satisfied with the service I have recevied!

Website stated in stock when I’m fact…

Website stated in stock when I’m fact it was not causing a delay in delivery. Company could have sped it up by sending directly from store that did have it in stock, but did not see that as possible. Customer service responsive and friendly. Feedback : please make sure your website is up to date . People do not mind waiting if it known beforehand it takes a week. But if it is promised for next day delivery and then takes a week it results in a poor customer experience.

Hifi Klubben Utrecht - mwoah

Quality stuff, but the experience is mediocre:
- initially my order was incomplete at the store (1 vs 2 hdmi cables). If there would be a run on those cables, I would have gone to the shop while my order was mentioned to be ready but actually was incomplete
- the staff is really not interested. Hospitality is really not a strength here.

Premium listening experience

I ordered a Sennheiser Momentum 3 headphone. Great sound and design. Interesting price in Outlet category. Slight minus: It was offered as 'new and never used' and that was not true. Sound and design is great value for money. Enjoy listening to music every day. Klubben gave me valuable extra info on my headphone. The webshop looks as premium as the products they sell. Can only recommend it.

HiFi Klubben ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I want to thank HiFi Klubben for my purchase and the service they gave. I've bought a nice 65bSamsung QLED tv and they gave me a really good discount.
Even when I've bought the tv 1 day before black Friday and the price was lower at black friday they compensate me.
Big shout out to Freek who helped me with everything.
I recommend HiFI Klubben to everyone.

Nice prices, Quick delivery

On an order of 1000 euro, hifi klubben was 30 euro more expensive. However hifiklubben delivered within 1 day and the cheaper took 2 weeks.

Great stuff, great sound. Unfortunately the order before 16.30 is next day delivery did not work. Parels arrived 3 days later.
