In the last few days I consulted Idil and Tim on HiiGuru. We are planning an extension and now that we're finalising and getting quotations I wanted some expert second opinions, and I'm glad I found them! The sessions were really helpful and reassuring and my experts were incredibly nice people.

I spoke with Idil about the layout, she gave me useful feedback and assurances on some points and offered suggestions for other possibilities. I will be going back to her once we are closer to the actual build when we need find layout decisions.

With Tim who is an amazingly knowledgeable quantity surveyor, I requested a review of two of our quotations before a final decision. It was reassuring to go through this in some detail, and in addition Tim gave some useful insights and reminders, and on where to look for information on various installations.

I'd definitely think if you have questions on a building project Hiiguru IS the place for impartial advice, from 30min Q&A sessions to full project consultations. Well worth it!

I wanted to add another review as I've continued using HiiGuru on our renovation project, moving more into 'interior' topics after working on more structural / architectural ones previously.

I feel very fortunate to have discovered HiiGuru when I did. It's been SUCH a useful resource for our renovation, and it's been great to be able to speak to different types of experts.

Big shout out to Sam (interior designer / furniture designer) who has been ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC - he has a wealth of knowledge and experience, is easy and friendly to chat with, and basically a top guy overall. Sam helped us figure out so much - room layouts (inc. 2 kitchens, 4 bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, hallways, a study), lighting, socket plans, built in furniture, and then a whole load more (flooring, skirting, random ledges, the list goes on.) I'd recommend Sam and HiiGuru for any interiors query, whether you're at the start and just beginning to mull things over, or deep in the detail.

Diana is wonderful and very talented! We needed to convert our study into a nursery. For this we wanted a floor plan, 3D rendering and some ideas for additional decorative items. After one call she came up with some amazing suggestions and a brilliant rendering. She was very efficient and creative. HiiGuru is a great service that I would highly recommend. Their team is very professional and the customer service is excellent. They won’t stop until you’re satisfied with the outcome.

I used HiiGuru's beauty service to learn how to do a proper winged liner once and for all. I had my session with Atira, who was so knowledgeable about makeup techniques. She demonstrated two techniques based on my eye shape and eyelid, and gave me tips that I've been searching for endlessly on YouTube (without success)! I would highly recommend Atira to anyone who wants makeup advice and to learn some tips and tricks. She made our session super fun too and it really made me miss going to Sephora and trying out new products and techniques.

When my hot water stopped running, hii guru came to my rescue this weekend! Moe , the home repairs guru, instantly gave me the confidence that we would fix my boiler on the zoom call and indeed we did in 5-7 minutes! The whole experience was unbelievably friction free, effortless and so affordable. I am amazed that this works so well! Can’t wait to try some of the consultation services for home decor or beauty now! Thanks Moe and thanks hii guru!

For my flat refurb project, I booked Sam for unlimited access and felt instantly reassured by his support and knowledge. He was able to guide me through some key decisions, gave me his expert opinion, and also helped answer some small questions that came up along the way. He was also able to help me anticipate certain things I never would have thought of otherwise. It was amazing to have such easy access to an expert at such a reasonable price!

Love this company. Easy to use. Completely custom package for my needs when redesigning a bunch of rooms in my home. They were so helpful in figuring out which packages I needed. I had a wonderful designer who really listened and understood what I wanted from my vague explanations. She gave me answers to questions but also showed me how to be brave and try things myself. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend HiiGuru (especially the designer Idil) and will be using them again in future.

Had a 10 minute consultation with the Interior Design Guru, who helped me with my home office space.
Easy and fuss free online booking system, and prompt consultation. My Guru was friendly, supportive, and more importantly, fun! Would definitely be using more of Hii Guru's services in the future!

We worked with Kenny on HiiGuru and he was a pleasure to work with. He understood our colour themes and elevated every aspect of our project. He helped us design our son’s football themed room very creatively . He came up with excellent ideas. Kenny is very thorough and has great attention to detail. He also designed our formal and informal living room, he really helped our vision to come to life. He is very committed to his projects and has excellent taste! I had a skincare consultation with Julia and I was highly impressed. She was friendly, professional, knowledgable. She went through some biological and scientific reasons for why our skin does what it does which was super interesting and also gave me some practical day to day tips for keeping a healthy skin and skincare routine. She answered all my questions and provided me with a ton of insight. She also followed up with notes which was quite handy. The hiiguru platform is really user friendly, I was able to book and then jump on a zoom call pretty easily and smoothy. So convenient to have this virtual option and expert advice at your fingertips. Highly recommended - 5 stars.

Emily helped me so much with deciding the type of curtains to install for my flat. Emily helped narrow down my options based on design limitations and my preferences, and also recommended a few retailers to find the perfect set of curtains. She helped me save so much money in rework costs, and she also saved me so much time! I highly recommend Emily for your design needs.

HiiGuru was the perfect service for my needs. I could book everything super easily and quickly at a time and budget to suit me. Dimitar was really helpful, having looked at the requests and initial photos and worked on them before our meeting. He sent me some mock ups of what my living room could look at and within our 30mins I could show him the rest of my home, ask questions and get his opinion. Great service and great value for money!

My wife and I had a consultation with Fiona, one of Hii’s sleep consultants. We had a session with Fiona to help our 4 month old transition from sleeping in our bed to her own cot. We also needed to get her going to bed earlier. Fiona was so easy to talk to and really took into account our parenting style. She gave us practical advice as well as a realistic timeline of what to expect and when. The first two nights were tough, but every night saw an improvement and after one week our daughter was at her desired bedtime and sleeping contently in her own cot. Fiona’s help has completely changed our evenings and both parents are sleeping better as a result 😊

Had a lovely first consultation with Fiona to help on a sleep issue with my toddler. I worked with Bronwyn on HiiGuru and she was a pleasure to work with. She understood our project brilliantly. She elevated every aspect of our project. I used HiiGuru to help with our living room plan and decor. My boyfriend and I had just bought a place and were struggling with our lounge’s layout, and how to style it in a way that we both liked. Peter gave us different ideas on how to tie together all the elements in a cohesive way. It was exactly the expert advice we needed to give our new space a boost!

He was so great with understanding my style and giving me suggestions that worked for both me and my husband (and even helped settle a dispute between us!). I use hii today and I was very positively impressed. Moe was the Guru and we connected about a couple of general house issues. Moe immediately sounded professional, reliable and nice. He listened to my issues and he immediately and confidently had clear advise for me on how to resolve them. I honestly didn’t expect this to be so useful. Something I couldn’t figure out on my own and having a quick chat and the expert eyes of someone professional was really helpful.
I though overall the hii experience was great - it was super easy to book and it all went very smooth. I will definitely use it again and recommend to others.
