"I have to give a shout-out to Holafly's customer support particularly Ger Londoño! While I initially had some trouble getting my eSIM to work, their team was incredibly responsive and helpful. They went above and beyond to troubleshoot the issue and ultimately got me connected. Even though there was a hiccup, their dedication to resolving the problem really impressed me. Thanks to their support, I was able to enjoy my trip with seamless connectivity. I'd definitely recommend Holafly for their excellent customer service!"

Holafly unlimited data Europe

I used the holafly unlimited data esim card for my trip to Germany and France this past November and could not be happier with its performance and holafly's customer service. Between unlimited data and using whatsapp for text and call, I was fully covered without interruptions of service. I preinstalled the card and upon arrival in Europe, I just switched it on after turning off my Canadian card. It was a breeze.Will use holafly again. Highly recommend it.

Second eSIM connection error

I sent a message explaining the situation as I wasn’t able to connect my second purchase of eSIM to the phone. The lady that attended me was very efficient and quick, showed me the whole process through easy to follow pictures. Nice experience😊

told them were i was going (multiple countries in s america). they got me 1 esim for the whole thing. 1 qr code and even 10% off. easy as it gets. used in the past for egypt s.africa turkey phillipines thailand. never an issue. thanks

Holafly is the only way to go!

Just purchased my fourth eSIM through Holafly. The online process is so easy. Used the chat feature to make sure I was getting the best deal for the countries I intend to visit and got the best price available. After purchase I got instant confirmation and the eSIM appeared in the app on my phone, ready to install and activate when I travel. Great experience, easy process, fast service, good price.

Holafly Cx support is excellent

Holafly staff did their best to address the problem and provided superb Cx service.
Clear and expeditious review of my ticket and request for a reimbursement. If I happened to get a different phone I will for sure go for an eSIM with HolaFly

Worked in 5 country trip

We bought ESIMS for our 2 week trip to Europe that had us visiting Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. It was around $45/phone. Holafly sent detailed instructions (via Email & Whatsapp) on how to install and activate our ESIMS. You have to make sure you phone is ESIM capable first. We use S22 Ultras and it was easy to setup using the WiFi in the Brussels airport after landing. Just turn off your local SIM (if you need to, check with your provider plan) and turn on the Holafly ESIM. I recommend setting up the Holafly ESIM at home the night before you leave and turn it off until you land.

After landing and activating them we restarted our phones and they worked instantly. I checked our connections via Speedtest a few times and we always got at least 30mbps. We drove a lot and Google Navigation worked perfectly.

I recently purchased a Holafly eSIM…

I recently purchased a Holafly eSIM card for my trip to France, and I am thoroughly disappointed with the experience. Despite paying a premium price, the service was unreliable from the start. The data connection kept cutting off, leaving me unable to access the internet when I needed it most.

I found myself stranded without the ability to make phone calls or send texts, which was incredibly frustrating. I had hoped that this eSIM would make my travels easier, but instead, it added unnecessary stress to my trip.

Overall, I cannot recommend Holafly. It’s expensive and did not deliver the reliable service I expected. Save your money and look for a more dependable option!

I had an issue with eSIM. Sent a WhatsApp message initially Emma assisted with guidance but she then referred to a colleague Santiago who gave guidance, requested screenshots and then sent a new eSIM which installed without any further issues. Immediate response and messages received immediately. Thank you

Holafly internet down

Quick response on chat, my support person was calm and handled my questions professionally. Had me try
a few technical pieces which included manually changing a local carrier. She was able to take my screenshots and mark them up so I knew what to change. Everything working again. Very happy. Will use them again

It was so easy. The first agent (Federico) who assisted me via chat was very nice and accommodating. Another agent, Jonathan, was so nice too. He checked if the esim was installed correctly afterwards. They are very helpful and efficient.

Excellent organisation

Excellent organisation. The purchase process was very easy and the cost was very competitive. Communications were very good with lots of support. We had a little difficulty setting it up as it was the first time we had used an esim, but the support through the chat line was brilliant and we got everything sorted out very quickly.
