The card did not work
The card did not work. I bought a card for a week in Mexico, and after many attempts and contacts with the technical support team, I did not manage to get it to work. I tried in two different phones, so it was not a phone configuration issue. It simply did not work. I paid for nothing.
Today (July 26) I received a reimbursement from Holafly, which is very much appreciated. It is a good sign, and I may give it another try next time I need a SIM card while I am travelling...

Awesome value for a good price
Wide range of available countries where they offer services. For each country they also offer a wide range of options, all of them at great prices, from eSim to SIM cards with unlimited data plans and options for sharing the data plans through hotspot functionality or using a mobile 4G router.
They answer super fast through the build-in support chat, providing answers and pointing you to the most appropriate service they offer.
Shipping was super fast! I got the sims within a couple of days, also the management of the sims is very intuitive with easy to follow instructions within the sim set they provide.
I totally recommend their services!

Professional Company
When I came back home, someone of the staff called me in order to understand what had happened. I explained the issues and they gave me back the money I had paid and many apologies. They are a professional company. Problems can occur and the way of facing them makes the difference between a good company as Holafly and others.
Data card did not work. I tried with two mobile phones. I dedicated more than 12 hours to try the card works, but it did not. I interchanged 15 emails with your technical support. Any of the actions had good result. Finally I purchased another mobile data package with my phone operator.

The info is telling no limit internet…
The info is telling no limit internet conection, but some message from phone card arrive telling that fast speed is empy and will have slow speed, and a lot of time on toronto is not 4G conection, and is realy slow.

Excellent product and even better customer service
The online customer service is excellent: everything was always smooth with them at every point of the process. They answered all my doubts and managed all the situations that arose afterwards. In my particular case I had to, first, delay the activation date of a SIM card, and then, extend its duration but keeping the same number. They did both things without complications. And the product has worked well from the beginning.

Bad connection and receiving constant calls from unknown people
I bought the SIM for México and I had poor connection in cities, especially in the State of Chiapas, and no connection at all in the road or more rural areas. Moreover, there were people calling me from the US constantly.
