133 pages of every possible specification required, that you can delete the non specific needs of your project. Other aspect just need your personal requirement to be modified, for my project I condensed it down to 44 pages. much easier to delete & amend than write from scratch. £30 is about an hours labour, well worth it as this would have taken days to compile.

Taken for a ride
These two guys, Andy and Dave....More like Bill and Ben make promises take your money then change what they said they would to. I even got the term..... discretional used on me. That covered them changing the terms they gave me. After asking me for another £120 on top of my original fee. I declined gave them the reasons it should be free. Yet again told I either pay or our communication will end. Just beware ....he'll give a long and drawn out account for this what I would call nothing more than a ripp off.
I will never use this company......circus.....again.
P.S I'm hoping this can't be deleted and I saved someone the their costs.

As discussed privately via email, Terry, we completely refute your version of events and allegations that we have acted improperly.
For £129, we drew up a bespoke garage design for you. We then amended it three times including reformatting the drawings to different paper sizes to make it more convenient for you to print, resizing the footprint of the garage and moving openings to suit, and changing the roof construction, pitch and ridge height. All of these amendments were carried out at no cost to you, in accordance with our quotation.
You then requested that we redraw the entire set of plans to show cavity walls instead of single-skin (which is standard for a garage). You acknowledged in your email that it was your mistake and that you have never purchased architectural drawings before, but then changed your attitude completely when told that we would have to charge for this work due to the extensive amount of time it would take to completely redraw your plans.
I'm genuinely sorry that it has ended this way but I think your expectations of the service you paid for are unrealistic. I referred you to our T&Cs as you appeared not to have paid any attention to them when accepting our quote. Of course, we have to exercise discretion when working out what additional work we have to charge for, and what we can accommodate within the quoted cost. We are very clear on our website and in all correspondence, our policy on amendments has been in place since 2018 and until now we have never had any disputes.
We take all negative reviews and complaints very seriously, but honestly on this occasion, I'm not sure we could have done any more to keep you happy except continuing to produce endless amendments for free. Obviously that is not viable for us, hence why we state very clearly what we allow for and what we don't when quoting a fixed price.
This is indeed a lengthy response, as you knew it would be, because we are proud of our business and have worked very hard to establish a good reputation in the industry over the last 15 years. We can't always be perfect but we will always try to be fair and act in a professional and courteous manner, and aim to reach a positive outcome wherever possible.
We wish you all the best with your garage project and there are absolutely no hard feelings from our point of view.

Helpful support and useful product
Andy was helpful and explaining the product well. The note downloaded was clear and useful. Although I have not read through the full document but so far the information are helpful and I am happy with it. Would be ideal if there is a discount for multiple product purchases as I was considering other products. Maybe worth to consider discount code for existing customer in the future.
