Hyperoptics engineer visit for installation

Anthony was fantastic! He arrived on time and displayed a high level of professionalism throughout the job. He completed all the work efficiently and ensured everything was done to a high standard.

Not only was the workspace left tidy, but Anthony was also polite, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist with any questions or concerns I had. His courteous attitude and willingness to help made the experience seamless.

Fast and furious Hyperoptic

I've been with hyperoptic for a few years now and I've been very happy with the Internet as there has never been any major problems with it. Whenever there has been a problem there has always been somebody to call who answers very quickly and can speak good English and is easily understandable. They customer service is very professional and courteous which know how to look after existing customers when they would like to renew their existing contracts. I can whole heartedly say that they are the best Internet provider in the UK.

Fast and furious

Professional and fast service, you can speak to someone you can actually understand and they will do their upmost to help you with address any problems and enquiries. Hyperoptic know how to look after their existing customers while renewing their contacts. All in all, they are the best ISP in my opinion and I will be their customer in the future.

Ishmael-engineer review

Just had Ishmael come on Christmas Eve, and what impeccable service. Greeted us with the biggest warm smile. He fixed the issue within minutes- no surprise as he clearly knew his craft well.

Amazing service and honestly the nicest engineer we have ever had. He is a credit to the Hyperoptic company.

What a joke

What a joke
Put an order through, waited patiently. Called to chase was given an update, waited some more now beyond their 10 days installation window. Then get a random notification that order is cancelled. But who? Emailed requesting an explanation no response in three days despite them stating they will respond in 12 hours.

If you can’t hold up your end don’t bother scouting for business in the area.

Excellent company because of excellent staff

Moving home

Have been a client for some time and had a problem moving home (and bringing my connectivity with me). Some delays dealing with the request but today I got through to Filip Bertran and he managed to solve the issue. Finally I have internet back. Thanks a lot Filip and the rest of the hyperoptics team, well done.

The engineer was great today

The engineer was great today . Just got on checking everything ,inside and outside to reconnect the internet . He was thoughtful coming in and out of my property and considerate . Carried out tests making sure everything is working . Very happy with great service- Kate customer Northamptonshire

Excellent service

I moved into a new house a year ago and Hyperopic was already installed by the house builders. I was a bit skeptical but decided to sign up and give them a try. The internet has been flawless from day one. It's extremely easy to set up and with 8 people living in our home and multiple devices all connected at the same time it has not missed a beat. I would like to thank Theo who has just done me a cracking deal for my second year. He was efficient, friendly, and got everything sorted in a flash. Well done Hyperopic, great service all round ��

Had our fibre installed by Dwight Jr who was great. He sorted the installation quickly and smoothly. We’ve had problems getting solid internet here in the past but we now have full speed fibre.

A sold reliable conection over many…

A sold reliable conection over many years now via leased BT Outreach fibre.Fast, low contention , low ping, If there is planned outage you get an email first, never lasts longer than a few minutes. The WiFi easily reaches every corner, no need for extenders. Customer service 24 hours ! Friendly patient & very professional, minimal waiting time to answer the phone.

Excellent customer service

Initially my wifi wouldn't activate. However they had a service man round within a day at a time that was convenient for me and they sorted any issues. Communication was excellent and easy to deal with customer service. WiFi is running smoothly and at a competitive price

Everything that could go wrong went wrong

- Hyperoptic attempted to send me the router but failed to include my address on the package
- Royal Mail returned it to the sender
- They activated my service and started charging me, claiming the router had been delivered
- I called customer service to cancel and was assured there would be no charges since I was within the cooling-off period
- Despite this, they sent me an invoice for a "monthly service charge"

Hyperoptic easy to set up via customer support

Hyperoptic router and house connection were pre installed awaiting local capacity. Rang up to check progress and Vladimir Potic was very helpful. He confirmed it had just been enabled and could be made live. Had received two deal offers and he checked both and advised on the best one. Service set up quickly and efficiently with great explanations and then passed to install team. A few questions on the router and wall connector and all live at 500mb and working well at a great price. Thank you.

Gaslighting customer support.

Been back and forth with a customer service "advisor" for over a week, as WiFi speed has gone from around 600mbps to around 200mbps, advisor is claiming he/she (Vukasin Tabakovic) cannot help unless I get a laptop and test the speed via ethernet, which I find very unreasonable. I shouldn't have to buy a laptop just to get customer support. I asked for it to be escalated to a supervisor, he/she didn't. I asked to speak to someone else, and he/she replied saying the case is now closed "as per you request", which I didn't request. He/she said he/she is unable to offer me any further support, and then claim he/she never said that (I have email evidence). Very poor service.
