Fantastic experience of buying a computer! Despite being a domestic user buying an inexpensive PC, received valuable help on buying the right machine. A phone line that is answered quickly by a real person who knows their stuff. Came quicker than expected. Can't fault them.

Ordered Asus NUC 14 Pro. Called beforehand to check stock and also had a few queries. Connected through very quickly to Sales, and had my queries answered satisfactorily. Website was easy to use and config my required specs, prices clearly laid out. Went for express service and ordered was received on time. Build quality is great, customer service was excellent, highly recommended.

Had a failure on a PC after about one month. Following some to-ing and fro-ing emails iCubes agreed to have it back to fix. Free courier laid on to collect and deliver - no arguing.

Returned (actually a new device) in about 10 days. If only all after-sales service was taken this seriously. Well done guys!

Very nicely built new PC, and love how neatly all the "bits & bobs" were packed away. Very quick build time too. I had asked for a unlisted addition (a com port) in the comments box when ordering - but I guess this got lost along the way - no problem I can sort that out.

Got to say what a brilliant company and the extreemly helpful staff, especially Aman. I called to ask advise when I wanted a fairly high end build of a Intel NUC 12 Pro Tall H series and was given very sound advise. The build was very fast indeed and I received it within a few days of putting in my order. After receiving it the setup was fast and straight forward. Would recommend to anyone who wants a personel and professional service.

I enquired about a part which wasn’t listed on the website as a standalone option to order, and also wasn’t in stock at the time. icubes took my details and promised to get in touch when the part was available. A few weeks later as promised they emailed a competitive quote and delivered immediately. Very impressed.

We had problems with disabling the secure boot in the BIOS but iCubes were very helpful and able to diagnose and fix the problem over the phone saving us a lot of time.

NUC11TNHi7 arrived early. Plugged it in, installed Fedora FC35 and updates.
Also, updated BIOS...

All works well except serious error in Fedora 35 Thunderbird. So, back to
gmail...

Called and spoke to a very knowledgeable member of staff regarding a bad experience with SimplyNUC (not disclosing that prices are ex VAT). Explained the needs of my client and the time restraints on the order. Received a custom spec. NUC the next day (after paying an express fee of £14) which was well worth it. Excellent little speedy unit, excellent customer service and the ability to speak to someone!

I asked a question about their stock and services and it took a day or two to get a response but they provided very detailed information that allowed me to make a purchase decision. The item was configured and dispatched the next day even with the free shipping option and was exactly as specced. If I had one quibble it's that their prices are a tad high but I was ordering an item with very limited supply so it's not surprising.

Inaccurate stock on website.
Ordered product on website then rang to check OK. Received call back to advise only one in stock at that time but could get more, further call from UC advised unable to fulfil order. Cancelled and credit issued.
Very helpful and apologetic person I spoke with.

The Intel Nuc mini-PCs are very useful but adding memory and configuring them is not an easy task for the non-expert. Icubes offers a neat menu system on their web-site to select all the options required and compare pricing. Makes the task easy. They quoted me 10days delivery time, but the complete system was delivered in just a few days. I connected power, display and keyboard, switched on, worked perfectly. I have phoned them once for technical advice, got an instant reply and clear answers to my questions. They would be my first choice for this kind of system. Excellent and highly recommended.

Machine (An Intel Nuc) - exactly as ordered. it is a lovely little unit here's hoping it lasts as long as my old mac.

Honestly I am struggling to find anything to actually fault.

Bought Asus Barebones VivoPC. It works perfectly and was delivered faster than expected and arrived well packed and within DPD's 1 hour timeslot. No complaints whatsoever. Would purchase from icubes again.

Very useful pre-sales discussion with sales exec.

I called icubes as I needed several mini-PCs for a project. Service was great - quickly got through to someone who had all the answers and had all the stock and expected arrivals info at his fingertips.
What's more, they managed to build, test and deliver them 3 days early :)
