I've bought 20 bottles of the G&T cordial. My wife and I both suffer from arthritis and take various supplements to help this. We have both seen a definite lowering in the pain from this condition within 3 days of drinking this product. The bonus being that we love the taste as well. I'll being buying more for sure and telling anyone else I know the same

Wonderful kick start to the new year. Im trying to do two days a week after doing five days. Its not so much losing weight its how you feel. No bloating, skin looks amazing , more energy. Definitely waist going inwards not outwards!! No sugar cravings either in fact when you think “im having a biscuit” your body almost loathes the sugar. Definitely keeping this going.

I recently particpated in the 10 day detox trial I didn't really know how well it would go but I completed it. There was a couple days where I was feeling hungry but persevered and was glad I did. Living in a household with others including a 5 year old was challenging as there was lots of tasty food about but I never touched any of it.
I had so much more energy, sleeping much better than I have for a long time and feel great in myself and managed to lose 15lb in weight.
Sue was fantastic and I couldn't have done it without her support and encouragement. Thankyou sue x

The Smoothies, Juices and Soups are lovely, very tasty and easy to use. I enjoy every one. I find that they fill me and I don't feel hungry. A successful and great kick start to a healthier eating regime, detox or weight loss programme.
Excellent and very efficient customer experience. Sue is absolutely wonderful and nothing is too much trouble.
The items are packaged very securely and are still frozen on delivery. The enclosed fact sheet is very informative and explains the benefits and contents of every item.

Always first class service!! , I dip in and out of all products when I feel my body needs it. Ever since finding this amazing company I have absolutely no more menopause issues at all. I completed the 3 day juice cleanse, I noticed my skin improve and I had more Energy, the most noticeable change for my was my IBS symptoms almost disappeared and I had no bloating, I also lost 6lbs. I loved all the juices I particularly liked the ones that gave a punch. I was worried i would be hungry, I wasn’t at all it was much easier than I thought. I have re ordered. I will definitely be doing this again. Only did the 2 day cleanse but feeling better already.
I would like to have seen ingredients on the products and perhaps as it was the first time just explanation how it works and that you should or shouldn’t have anything else to eat only drink water etc. I say again will definitely be using this again!!!!!

Great company to deal with and good, quality products. Sue is great - always extremely helpful and supportive. Currently on the 5 day detox again, having returned from holiday a couple of weeks ago and needing to set myself back on the right path in terms of eating. Smoothies and soups are great tasting - which means the detox never feels like a chore for me.

Items arrived fully frozen so they went straight in the freezer as I started on a Monday however I had 2 lots of Day 5 soups and no Day 1 which wasn’t an issue. I found the smoothies and soups very tasty and never felt I was starving hungry at any point. Day 2 was a struggle with a headache and lack of concentration, Day 3 felt much better.
Fully recommend the 5 Day Detox it has kick started better eating habits, energy levels have increased and I’m planning my next 5 Day Detox.
I have given 4 stars as the smoothies and soups all use celery as an ingredient, creating a base flavour and the only snack option is carrot or celery…celery was off my snack option as I didn’t find it appealing.

I ordered the five day detox as I really needed to reset my eating habits, constantly reaching for high sugar snacks and caffeinated hot drinks for energy but generally feeling tired and low energy. I also hoped to drop a few pounds in the process. I’ve just completed my 5 days and I feel great, much more energised, no more sugar cravings, skin is glowing and I lost 4lb. The smoothies and soups were delicious and very filling. Day 1/2 were the toughest for me as I definitely had caffeine withdrawals but day three onwards I felt great. I’ll definitely order again to keep me on track.

I have Hashimotos Thyroiditis and really struggle with weight loss, so thought I would try this 5 day detox after a recommendation. I was prepared to not lose as much weight as other people, but to my absolute delight I lost 5lbs. My energy levels were boosted too, which is a bonus! I now have two more 5 day detoxs in the freezer. I’d thoroughly recommend to anyone, specially people with an under active thyroid.
