what a bad company

I have built up 900+ miles bonus and now they are not doing motor insurance anymore what a waste of trying to drive better also they were too pricey.
Not to notify you until 21 days before your renewal date

Thank you for your review, sorry to hear you are unhappy with aspects of the product we offered and that we can no longer offer you an insurance product in the future. It is correct that we are no longer selling our black box product and we have been informing customers when the renewal would normally be due to allow them enough time to shop around for alternative cover.

Everything was done perfectly by the company and it saves me all the stress and time of comparing prices and calling for deals. This was exceptional and excellent keep it up. Thank you.

You didn't automatically renew my…

You didn't automatically renew my policy like you said you would. I was meant to drive my son to school this morning, but luckily woke early and read my emails. My son was late for school and if I hadn't read my emails and had had an accident what would have happened.

I have in the meantime received an apology from them and they are seeing what happened. I have already been with them one year, and whilst I didn't need to make a claim, all has been good.

1st time ever are car insurance went…

1st time ever are car insurance went down !!!! The box in the car works for us as a family.. we compere at the end of each week who is the better safer driver.. we as a family love it. Thank you insurethebox.

Had a couple of notes about speeding…

Had a couple of notes about speeding .when on a motorway sometimes you have to go over 70 to overtake wagons.also the highway code states keep your eyes on the road not on you speedo all the time.cars accelerate very fast now.

The renewal notice came in good time…

The renewal notice came in good time and it enable to check and compare other providers.
It was convenient to renew the insurance, however, opening the mail is a little difficult and require some attention. Overall, I am happy with the service especially the chat line.
