I saw a set of gates on a property in Ayrshire which really took my fancy, and in speaking with the householder I got Jeffrey Fabrications contact details.

From the get go I was impressed by the speed of communication from the office and the continual updates on my email. I was struck by the professionalism of Lindsay and the accuracy and content of her emails.

Shortly after this I reviewed a call from Lawrence who asked if I was available that day for him to attend and survey the site. He was as good as his word and arrived some 20 minutes later. Like Lindsay in the office I was again struck by his professional approach punctuated with a little humour.

I and my wife now eagerly await our new gates! Very happy so far.

In our new garden plan, this has taken 3 years for various reasons, and dismissed a glass balustrades. However with a new contractor and new design, it seemed the best solution. Contacted various glass suppliers and Lindsay at Jeffery was brilliant. Helped with design, what was best and was very patient and knowledgeable. We are looking forward to the new balustrade being installed in a few weeks.
