Our account manager Rebecca Depczynski…

Our account manager Rebecca Depczynski makes all the difference. Her overall management is impeccable - regular check ins, fast response times on any form of query and quick resolutions when needed. Her depth of knowledge, proactivity and willingness to help makes working with Judo a pleasure.

Excellent Service and Support!

We’ve had a very positive experience with Judopay. Guilherme and Sam have been fantastic—always quick to respond to emails and happy to arrange Teams calls whenever needed. Their responsiveness and professionalism make working with them a pleasure. Highly recommend Judopay for their top-notch customer service and support!

Conscientious customer service with…

Conscientious customer service with quick responses and willingness to help is a breath of fresh air! All of the team from Judo have been brilliant and go above and beyond with their help. Judo offers a great payment platform and highly competitive pricing and their developers were on hand to make the change seamless.

From onboarding with Sam holding our hand through the process and Guilherme taking over to manage the account, our experience has so far been fantastic.

Great service from onboarding to day to day

We transferred from Datacash a few years ago, the onboarding was very efficient and seamless. Since that time the processing has been error free, and most importantly any questions that come up are dealt with very efficiently by the help desk. So from onboarding by Kim Reynolds to day to day backup - the experience has been excellent.

Very engaged client relationship team

We made the decision to move our online acquiring services to Fabrick (owner of Judopay) to benefit from their full stack offering (we already had Judopay as a gateway). This gave us some economies of scale cost reductions, as well as enhanced reporting vs. who we were using before. These transitions are never simple, but Gui and Joe have been excellent. Very responsive and reactive to our requests.

We have used Judopay for many years…

We have used Judopay for many years now. The intergration for card payments is excellent and the customer service is very good. Guilhermeice is always on call when you need him.

Judopay - A payment partner par excellence.

Judopay has been our partner for payment processing for a while and cannot recommend them more. We have worked with 2 of the biggest providers before them before settling with Judo. Their team is exemplary and always keen and supportive on every initiative we have undertaken.

Under the leadership of Jeremy, their team has been one of the most responsive we have experienced in the payment space. Joseph, Guilherme and their complete operations team have supported us consistently and to the highest standards.

Highly recommended.

Broken system = frustration

I'm trying to pay for accommodations in another country -- the provider uses Judopay. It has declined 3 different credit cards (multiple tries on each to make sure I'm not doing anything wrong) so I called the CC company to see if there's a hold on my account. They told me there's an error in the Judo connection with the vendor that won't accept my payment. Very frustrating!

Payment Gateway is so bad doesn't even accept any f'in card. TRIED 5 CARDS OF MY OWN. TRIED MY BROTHERS CARD ASWELL AND IT STILL DECLINED. SEIZE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Helpful team who really care about…

Helpful team who really care about their clients.
We didn't understand payments in too much depth at our company and they took the time to really understand our business in order to work together and figure out what was best for us.
They were always available to speak and answer any questions we had.

Support staff are not good

The people at support staff are not even able to understand the requirements and write false statements on email.

I lost my project just because they promised me they can provide services which can fulfil my project requirements.

Please cross-check twice before doing anything.

Fantastic service

Judo Pay are a great payment provider who we could not do without. Any issues that we face are promptly addressed by the team. Jenny, Wilson, Wayne and Tomek (to name a few) have always done everything they can to provide us with a top-quality service and keep us ahead when it comes to a payment platform. I would have no hesitation in recommending Judo Pay as a payment provider.

Above and Beyond

We work with JudoPay a lot to provide payment gateway services to our customers. They are always happy to work closely with us to give the best service possible to our clientbase. Lately, they've been going above and beyond for us, guaranteeing our customer for the long term going forward.

We are a taxi company and have just…

We are a taxi company and have just started using Judopay as our platform for receiving customer's credit card payments. So far the service has been excellent. We previously received credit card payments using the system provided by our bank. It is easy to withdraw money and download transaction reports with Judopay. We are finding it much easier to use than the old online system we were using previously. In summary, all good so far.
