A helpful phone experience!

As a first time buyer from Just Cover after getting an online quote I phoned them as I wanted to make sure that I had completed all the medical questions properly which are a little confusing.I was assisted by Mahdi who took the time to go through and explain everything to me.

Waste of time

Get a quote, you maybe be surprised.

I have been reviewing travel insurance policies in advance of my next. annual travel renewal.
For me, Just Cover was the most competitively priced with similar values in each of the main categories. Regardless of other companies advising up to 20% discounts, Just Cover were still the most competitively priced.
I had to ring them to confirm that I had all the appropriate boxes ticked. Once this was confirmed, it was a no brainier.

After visiting a number of sites I…

After visiting a number of sites I found JustCover's presentation to be clear and easy to select exactly what I wanted for my trip. Information was easily accessible wherever I needed to check on level of cover, excesses and exclusions. On other sites I felt like I had to "dive deep" to find same. Given how clear everything was on the JustCover site when it came to the PAY section I had real clarity on what I was paying for. On another site a lower price with less clarity I had already declined.

Good value & easy experience

The on-line experience was very easy, all the information you needed was there. Although I do think a copy of everything including terms & conditions etc. should be automatically sent to the email address instead having to go looking for them.
