Very bad after sales service and delivery. The website started saying the delivery time is between 2 to 4 days, and they never delivered my full order and kept on postponing for 4 weeks until i asked them to cancel.

I made two orders, one on Jan 24 and one on Jan 25. Only one order came. Tried to email twice, tried to call, did not get a response, but finally after almost 3 weeks the second order came. I would've appreciated getting an answer at least.

I have received my order and it is…

I have received my order and it is obvious that the product is used and not new because there is human or animal hair on the inside of it. The product also has signs of use on the inside, so the product appears to be used and not new. This is not fair.

One of the worst online shopping…

One of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. It took almost a month before the product arrived at a pickup point, though it said that it would be delivered to my home address. During which, the customer service was difficult to reach,and no tracking number could be found. When the customer service finally replied my email, they claimed that my purchase was stuck at a different location, yet they still completely ignored my question about the tracking number. In short, don't buy stuff from them.

I placed an order on December 12th

I placed an order on December 12th. Still no confirmation that it has been shipped. It's supposed to be a Christmas gift. Really disappointed. Should have checked the Trutpilot reviews before ordering

I contacted the store for an update. Still no response. I will be buying the gift from another store and won't be paying the invoice on this one

I have cancelled my order because you…

I have cancelled my order because you didn’t have it in the lager by the time I placed the order! You sent an email and asked me to choose something similar and said the item I want will be available in 2 weeks! i did not accept it And I wrote back that I want to cancel my order. After couple of days I called your so called “customer service “ and you confirmed the order is cancelled so I registered it on Klarna as cancelled order but somehow magically after 2 weeks you sent the package to me?!!!! I didn’t collect the package and it was sent back to you! And now Klarna says you didn’t accept the cancellation?!!! Is there anyone there who could make sense of what is happening?! Why should I pay for an order that is cancelled and returned?!

Worst experience ever, no product, no refund

I ordered a diaper bag as a present for my friend 3 weeks ago. One and a half week ago I realised they haven’t sent it so I contacted the customer service. After a couple of days I got reply as there is something wrong with their system, they don’t have the product I want. So I replied I would like a refund since my friend’s baby is coming soon I can’t wait. Since then I haven’t heard back from them any more.
Update: called and sent email several times, no respond. it has been two months, I start to feel this is scam.
