Satisfied with kiwi

This was my first time with kiwi.com and I was sceptical. Everything went smoothly except for a glitch with paid luggage that was not added for one of the connecting flights, Saudi Arabia Airlines. I had to pay for luggage at the airport. I appreciated the kiwi customer Advocacy team for their response. I was reimbursed once I submitted receipts. A special thanks to Ajay who handled my case for his active feedback and professionalism.

The service was good and hassle less

The service was good and hassle less. However, there’s a mistake in my third flight from Beijing to Shenzhen as I was told I had to self transfer and recheck in again in Beijihfew airport. This is a bit shock to me as I was confirmed otherwise by previous inquiry. Because the luggage weight allowance was different and I could’ve paid extra. I guess it is understandable.
Luckily, the trip ended up quite well.

So thanks for the booking and service.

Rates are very competitive and service support is superb

Rates are very competitive .
Customer service and support are very professional , their reply to any query very quickly. The follow up on any changes is very constructive , and the delivery channels to receive any updates is very sufficient . I would no doubt always use kiwi, I did before for Europe trips and it’s becoming more competitive .. I hope to get more discounts , or enrol to a loyalty scheme to get more benefits . Amazing experience , strongly deserves a 5- star

Good for finding a cheap flight

The way my name transferred from entering it on the app to my boarding pass that I received from the airline did not align properly but this ended up not being an issue. Other than this, Kiwi was amazing for helping me find a cheap flight.

I was able to reschedule my flights…

I was able to reschedule my flights which got canceled 5 times due to bad weather. Loved the way kiwi.com handled these reschedules by giving me with 5-10 options to choose from. Highly recommend kiwi

Christmas deal

My booking was made approx 5 months before Christmas 2024, so i was able to research other providers as well, finding kiwi..com up to date, giving me cheaper flights

Remember Auckland domestic airport closes between 12 midnight to 4am, i was unaware of this and found myself walking around Auckland airport wondering what to do with a 13 hour wait till my next flight, international is open 24 hours, but uncomfortable if you're looking for a place to sleep, be aware

I have a good experience to use KV com…

I have a good experience to use KV com there is a low price of traveling by plane but sometimes it's hard to find really good price for tickets. Last time I have opportunity to get the best price to travel in from Milan to Bangkok and return. Thanks a lot kiwi for this opportunity. To find a good price it's possible if you have adjustable terms. If you see good proposal you should make your decision quick because it's change even the while you payment procession. I mean the price can get extremely higher. And your should pay more or cancel the trip

Scammers

They sent me an email saying they couldn't book luggage on one of my legs, and that I should pay at the airport and they will refund when I upload the receipt. I did so and they said I wasn't eligible for the refund. You can only get hold of a virtual assistant that says no, absolute scammers which is why they wont let you contact an actual person.

Very friendly staff on board both my flights. Plane punctuality and when my return flight was 10 mins late I was notified way in advance. This was much appreciated.

Passenger data

At the time to ask for passenger data, you should ask all passengers names as the are stated in the passport to avoid problem with the check in and the boarding pass

Simple easy process

The booking process was simple and the follow up emails ensured I knew all of the details. Within one hour I had the confirmation information and the flights showed up in the airline app.

SCAM COMPANY

SCAM COMPANY. My dad booked Ryan air flights to and from Ireland yesterday and no email came through, he phoned and even though they took payment already they wanted him to go into his banking app, he didn’t, hung up- HOWEVER, they then proceeded to take £900 from his account after the initial fee, this is a con, my dad’s bank are helping him now. Please don’t use them, if it’s cheaper than Ryanair, it’s likely fraudulent!!

App bugs

I often use this app to buy tickets and usually it is really convenient to use. But there are bugs with app, that “support centre” do not want to solve( such as name of the traveler). I had such situation and no one helped me or return money.

My transit ticket was showing not…

My transit ticket was showing not confirmed with Air Arabia system at muscat airport but standby only. Actually it was confirmed PNR before starting my journey.

NEVER BOOK WITH KIWI

NEVER BOOK WITH KIWI - BUNCH OF SCAMMERS

Booked a flight weeks in advance and when i got to the airport the flight never even existed.

Been over 24 hours now and still KIWI have not got to the bottom of it, they have not sorted out anywhere for me to sleep, no food or anything.

Still waiting on the resolution.

Truth site but not altheway

The site is real to start, my experience since the beguining was ok, ticket were available with a good price, just need better information. I told I bought two check-in baggage, but went I check-in with the airline it was none, so I have to pay it again. The my three tickets, only two were giving to me, my son's I have deal with the airline to obtain it. A little stressful. Other then that, the company went through with my return tickets, seats and baggage. I will buy tickets with then, but I will be more ask more question to kiwi.com

Kiwi is doing well with its competitive…

Kiwi is doing well with its competitive flight deal offerings.
However, it'll be nicer to have a more relational/personable interaction with Kiwi. My entire experience felt very robotic and very removed from day to day human experience.

For example, my flight got cancelled multiple or delayed multiple times and there was no option for me to interact with Kiwi on the go when things were changing even though they sent notification of such delays, it always came late and after I've had to figure it out somehow with the airline which is always difficult especially for bookings from third party sites.

It was almost a stressful situation but I didn't want it to get to me because I was on my honeymoon.

Regardless, thank you for providing me with a competitive ticket to travel with my husband together for the first time.
