Satisfied with kiwi
This was my first time with kiwi.com and I was sceptical. Everything went smoothly except for a glitch with paid luggage that was not added for one of the connecting flights, Saudi Arabia Airlines. I had to pay for luggage at the airport. I appreciated the kiwi customer Advocacy team for their response. I was reimbursed once I submitted receipts. A special thanks to Ajay who handled my case for his active feedback and professionalism.
