Samsung TV connectivity Lightspeed

Called for support with TV not connecting to WiFi, Joe was brilliant. Really easy instructions, explained what he was doing and 15 mins later all TVs in house connected and working. Excellent service, Joe is a star ⭐!!!

Great switch over with the help from paolo

Just spoke to a lovely man called paolo at lightspeed who was so friendly and explained the whole process of switching from our currently provider to lightspeed. He helped every step of the way and only finished the call once he was happy I understood everything and had talked me through everything I needed to do

Joe saved Christmas

Had an issue with our wifi connection to the television. I called Light Speed and got through to the technical team immediately. Joe was was amazing and resolved the issue in minutes. Christmas television saved! Thanks Joe! One of the reasons ‘light speed’ is head and shoulders above the rest!!

Your Tech Op - Joe

Your Tech Op, Joe, was very polite, professional and helpful. He listen to what I had to say and understood this issue I had fully. He was then able to resolve this issue quickly there and then on the phone and also helped raise another issue with my Bill to be looked at on Monday.

Exceptional service from Adrian

Trouble connecting TV to router

Had a problem connecting my TV to my new Lightspeed broadband. Phoned and spoke with Aaron who was excellent. Sorted in a few short minutes and connected with no problems. I'm hard of hearing but Aaron spoke clearly, was friendly and patient so a big thanks.

Great customer service

Joe and Ryan were very helpful when we had a few teething problems with our installation. I spent over an hour trying to connect out TV to the internet without success. Joe identified the issue and resolved it over the phone within 10 minutes. The speed and signal of our broadband is decent, the engineers were polite and explained what they were doing. My experience with the customer support staff was positive. Please give Joe a juicy Xmas bonus!

Lightspeed are a reliable company

Customer experience

Internet went down scheduled an appointment, for next day, someone came out turned late to scheduled appointment window of 3 hours and 30 mins and then said that he couldn’t do what was needed so next person to come out will be with us in max of 4 days.
This is very very annoying as someone who works from home and has kids that are in school. Not having the right people to do the job.

Would recommend people pay higher prices don’t just get lured in by the cheap prices

LightSpeed, great customer service

Ours may, or may not be a straightforward installation. So, we wanted LightSpeed to let us know the route the fibre cable would take from their connection point to our house, before agreeing to the installation going ahead.
This was agreed with Meena, a wonderful sales lady who understood our predicament, and today we had a quick visit from an engineer to take a quick overview of the situation.
So, so far, so good. Hopefully, when the installation team arrives, they will be able to follow the same route as the BT cable currently installed does.
LightSpeed have been the only company to offer us this solution, and hopefully, if all goes well, we will soon be enjoying the internet at LightSpeed.

Fed up with the big ISPs and their costs.

Big increases with sky and inept customer service. Decided to try Lightspeed. They guarantee no in contract increases and are cheaper than sky. First appointment cancelled due to installer illness but lightspeed compensated me for this. Been running since 14 November and am getting consistent download and upload times. Customer services friendly and helpful, Adam from lightspeed rang me today to see if everything was running smoothly. Would recommend them as an ISP.

con artists

This company are con artists, tell new customer can give them service but after 2 weeks are chasing them they tell you they cannot connect you, absolute waste of space. Do not join

Tamsin Paul and Andy thankyou

A big thankyou to the two engineers lightspeed sent out (Paul and Andy ) they soon fixed the problem with my WiFi, they certainly know what they were doing and really friendly aswell. And a big shout out for Tamsin ( customer service) for really helping me, she went above and beyond, arranging everything and stopping me stressing thankyou all again, will certainly recommend Lightspeed to family and friends.

Incredible service

Really friendly and approachable right from the first contact (door to door canvasing), the engineer who did our installation and the after sales call. I even got a little gift posted through my door! What a breath of fresh air this whole experience has been when compared with the providers who've been around decades. I'm really impressed with this company and will be recommending to everyone I know. Best part of it all? No more lag!

Excellent service and recommending to all my friends

Lightspeed were a recommendation from one of my son’s friends. My 1st contact was with Paolo. Not only was he very professional, but the call was actually fun! He was able to sort out a convenient installation appointment, which was only a couple of weeks away. This appointment was honoured and my installation completed. Only problem I had was connecting my smart tv and this was solved by a short phone call.

Speeds are considerably higher than my previous supplier at a fraction of the cost.

Really easy onboarding process!

Really easy on-boarding process for me, a new customer. Meena went way above and beyond for me, keeping herself accessible at all times and was happy to answer lots of supplementary questions - thank you!!! After reading the excellent reviews that Meena and her team have here, I'm SO SO glad I chose Lightspeed. Can't wait for the installation date next month and to finally have something better than a hotspotted mobile connection to work with! I'll be updating this review to include the level of actual service once it's been installed and turned on.
