Can’t recommend them
Installed at the start of Jan in Stamford and I had high hopes for this service, but the reality is that in the space of two weeks I have now had three outages, one during a call with my manager. It’s too unreliable at the moment to recommend and feels like the customers are being used to test the service. No response on a Sunday to an outage and it’s been down for nearly three hours. Previous was eight hours, prior to that needed a new cable in the box outside.
I might try again in 12 months when they have hopefully ironed out all the glitches. Thank god we had regular broadband as a backup.
