Helen and Charlotte were so friendly and helpful from the start. I ordered 3 memory cushions and they helped me through the ordering process and were always super responsive to my questions. I received regular status updates and everything was made and delivered to the timescales promised.
We absolutely love the final products. The quality is excellent and you can tell that they have been made with love and care. Given the sentimental value of the products, this was such an important factor for me. I would highly recommend Lily Grace Keepsakes.

The quality of both of the items that I received this year, on two separate occasions, is amazing. I ordered two different keepsake cushions. One for my Dad where I used his shirts. Another for my sister where I used a collection of her scarves. They were both great value for money, great communication with both of the ladies I came into contact with, and well packaged when I received the items. Would definitely recommend.

The whole process was easy and simple to use.
The memory pillow is beautiful and well made.
I was informed when it was been made and out for delivery.
The only negative thing for me was its delivery, by Royal mail.
I wasn't in when Royal mail delivered it, and did not leave " the red card" and only realised with my ring doorbell, recording, after contacting them, they re delivers day after ( Sunday) impressed.
