My son absolutely loved his memory bear in memory of his amazing grandma. We both cried when we opened it. Lovely attention to detail and good communication. My mum was Italian so they incorporated some red, white & green to pay tribute to her roots. Lovely

I ordered two memory bears for my Mum and I, after loosing my very precious Dad.
It took some weeks to be able to send the clothing and I hugged the cloths tightly not really wanting to let go when sending them.
I have to say I have been so impressed, with the regular communication, photos and when the bears arrived, they are so beautiful and just perfect in every way.

The reviews aren't wrong! Excellent service and communications. Any questions were answered swiftly. My four bears arrived within ten weeks of sending my Dad's clothes. They are really lovely. Well made and true to the photos on their website (you always wonder if they'll look as good 'in the flesh' but they do.) They make a lovely memory of my Dad. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lily Grace Keepsakes.

The help and service was very good along with the attention to detail. They were flexible in the approach to how the end product looked and the 2 bears finished up arriving on time and meeting my expectations. Hopefully my daughters like them as a memory token from me as well.

There was great personal communication throughout the process. Pictures were sent before the item was delivered. Perfectly packaged with off cuts returned as requested. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Also for the work that was put in it was reasonably priced. Very happy !!

My memory keepsake bear is absolutely amazing. It was made from my mum’s clothes and when I saw it I cried. I love the way the material has been matched and can see the care and attention to detail given to the bear. This is a present for my daughter and I know she will be delighted with her keepsake bear to remind her of her granny. Helen and team emailed each step of where they were with the product. Couldn't recommend a better company like Lily Grace Keepsakes. You put your trust into a company with the clothing of a lost one hoping it will get there safely (when recieved at Helens address provided) she sent you an email to say it had arrived. All clear instructions when ordering. If there was more stars to be added I would give 10! Really pleased with what the outcome of the products are and Helen and team should be proud of themselves too!

Huge thankyou to 'lily grace keepsakes' for the bear created out of my late father's clothes. I brought this for my sister as a keep sake and it hasn't disappointed, my sister loves it and so do I. I asked on request for something to be placed around the heart area to show that it was from my father's clothes and lily grace delivered it perfectly. We love the way that the bear is made with the arms that can move instead of being static and the bear being solid (but cuddly) it will last forever to which we wanted as a memory of our late father.
