Avoid altogether
So i have already posted s review of how unhappy i was to be persistently diverted to tech support in the US to deal with a camera that didn't (and still doesnt work properly.) I have now had my phone bill for this and i have been charged 156 pounds for a conversation that was entirely useless. AVOID the company altogether its a scam. My ekectrician will never use them again and i am contacting american express to let them deal with them. As after my first trust pilot review lorex said they would look into it and did nothing.
