Good quality clothes but not worth the asking price. Only on sale its ok. Also mind that they charge postage and fee for returns. So imagine trying to do an exchange. £5 return and another for the new postage. On top of the original postage.

I ordered 3 trousers from Muavais, they all where a bit too big so I sent back for an exchange, but have not received the exchange package despite receiving an email saying its been delivered! I've not received anything and when i contacted Muavais about this they said they need to do a 30 day investigation, it's been way more than 30 days and now they are ignoring all my emails and not responding at all regarding the missing package that I have not got! Really unhappy and I just want my refund at this point!

Update: issue wasn't resolved, and was sent a replacement package but the items do not fit and they are not letting me exchange or send them back so now I've got 3 trousers that are just going to waste as they do not fit

£5 to return items is an absolute joke.

Returns are usually free and don’t mind a few quid charge now and again but £5 is just ridiculous

I am so glad i found this clothing brand online. Have ordered numerous items and all of them have been stylish, good quality and a great fit.
Customer service for any questions or returns have been speedy. Only slight gripe I have is the charge for returns which I understand but would be great if this was then credited against future purchases to increase customer loyalty for example.

What made my experience great was the fact that it's a legit company, I'm always a little 'twitchy' ordering from companies that just 'pop-up' in my browser specially if the prices look too good to be true. I must also add that the items arrived swiftly, were of a high quality and as they were in a sale the price was very very reasonable. I can't recommend this company enough and will surely be shopping here again.

Ordered from the Netherlands. Arrived within 4 days and without an extra unexpected payment at the border (price includes all duties and taxes). Ordered a 2 piece set which are both of high quality. Definitely ordering again.

From the moment I said I needed to return my new Mauvais T-shirt because I wanted to change it for a bigger one, Jack Meaker from the Customer Service Team was "on the case"! He explained how to send the first one back and then he arranged to send out my new one - all in the matter of a couple of days. The guy was "top drawer" and a real credit to the Mauvais brand. In fact, his assistance has prompted me to get back online and order some shorts to match! :-)

Ordered the Tribeca polo and Renato trousers during the black Friday sales and the items arrived fast and the quality was very good of both items, the polo was a good fit but for the trousers I needed to size up so check the size guide to be sure of your sizes. I sent them back for an exchange. Due to the Christmas period this took a while and I had to send a few messages to find out what was happening but Mauvais did a great job at sorting this out. Will certainly order again.

Would give zero stars if possible.
I ordered my son some shorts which were awful when they arrived.
The material was thick and hard and uncomfortable, nothing like the picture.
It cost me 5.00 to return them and they then also took another 5.00 for the price of delivering them from the refund.
I am now 10.00 out of pocket . I am not in the habit of returning items but these shorts were awful.
Il never order from this site again.
Please be aware of this when you order anything, had I of known I would not have used this site.

The items I selected are beautiful, Top quality items. They are my boyfriend’s favorite.

I had to return the jacket but I haven’t heard from anyone after I sent it back.

Clothing is amazing, kept my top fits. Returned 12 items out of my own pocket via royal mail 48. Was delivered over a week ago. No response to emails, no acknowledgment, no email updates. Contacted their warehouse team airbox fulfilment who advise they refunded the order.

Im not sure whats going on but seems a few customers based on review experience this poor after care service. Just a bummer as i was extremely happy with the quality of all the items.

Not sure if they are trying to pull wool or not.

The material on this clothing is amazing. Very good quality and sizing is good. The shipping takes a minute if ordering from US so don’t buy this with expectation of receiving it within 2 weeks. Overall, great selections for men, women’s selection can be improved.

Ordered a couple of shirts, they were never dispatched or received. Contacted their Customer Service team, waited for 2 weeks and got no response. Left with no choice but to report to credit card company to get a refund

They'll then pop on here, pretend they care and ask for details of your order and then still not get back in touch with you

I am a new customer and based on the reviews online i am reluctant to make any purchase. I am normally a small size but it don’t know what the mauvais sizes and fit is like which means i would need to purchase a small and a medium to compare best fit and will end up returning one back.. knowing i have to cover the return cost is a put off. It’s easy for them to save money by not having an actual store but i want hassle free purchases and that doesn’t sound like it.,,,,

Jack M has been super supportive of email responses; they also processed the order exchange in size super quickly, the same day they received the return, and the team exchanged it and posted it straight out to me. Excellent service!

Bought for my partner for Christmas. Quality of the clothes is brilliant..on par, if not better than some designer brands! Packaging also great only reason for 4 stars not 5 is because both jumper and polo were size L but polo came up smaller so have had to do an exchange which I have to pay for.
