Unfortunately I couldn’t get this to work, and as the only way to reach them was via email, it took ages each time trying to go through another step. The set up seemed complicated. I had to abort ship but they were prompt at giving me a refund which I appreciated. I went with Airalo and it was super easy to install and working well (Mauritius)

Due to a mistake, I ordered a new eSIM for a new plan instead of ordering to my existing eSIM. Without any problems, support changed my alresdy delivered order to my existing eSIM. All within a very short time. That is what I call Service to the customer.

In general the service worked fine with some exceptions. I am from Sweden and some Swedish Television programs did not work because of region problems. Some apps did not work i.e. Park4Nights a very common app for campers, could not update map data. BankID a Swedish app to verify credit card transaktions did not work.

Needed an esim for a trip to New York because my provider didn't do a non EU roaming package.
I bought the esim on the way to the airport and within 10 mins everything had been set up. Remember to activate the sim in your home country (or you need wifi to activate it abroad). All in all paid £8 for 5 gb for 30 days, easy to set up, dont need a dual sim phone, just works if you follow the message instructions. Excellent will be using Maya Mobile in future.

Arrived in Switzerland and the system didn’t work, got in touch with their helpline via the airport WiFi and they were trying to help me within minutes, they checked their end and found no problem, but I was soon up and running, I’d landed and connected to French network (airport is on the border) as soon as it connected to the Swiss network I was up and running!

I have used esim from Maya Mobile for my last two international trips. Very easy to place an order. Esim activation can be scheduled as per our travel date. The data plans available are great. Network was strong. Definitely recommended.

I purchased the 40 Gig Maya eSIM via a promo. I have no experience whatsoever with the eSIM technology. I’m not travelling til the end of Feb but wanted to take advantage of the Promo price. Novi in Customer Service at Maya was my savior! I got quick replies to my email and she had me send pics of my setup to ensure I ‘had it right’ for when I land in Europe on Feb 28, 2025. The mobile service was a great choice while on our vacation in Italy. I stayed in touch with my family and friends all the time. The connectivity was overall good. Google map and web browsing worked fine and was very helpful.

Maya is my go to e-sim!
From the price, the service and the reliability of the connection, I find that Maya served me best. Until now I have never had an issue. The only reason I did not rate a 5 is for the installation process and since they don't yet have an mobile app that will probably make the experience seamless. Thank you
