For me, using an esim for the first time its a little confusing how it works, what setting to use, the options available... I needed 2 months in France as my UK operator would provide roaming service but at an extra £2.35 a day. What I really needed was roaming data for maps, GPS, texting etc. so the esim was great for me and Maya service was fantastic. Chatting online with the rep was re-assuring and well simple. I'll do it again for certain next year.
Maya's support is outstanding. I have tried other eSIM providers and have never experienced such prompt and useful support. I once needed their help connecting my eSIM whilst in a foreign airport. They were instantly in touch with me and resolved the issue brilliantly. Maya is my go-to eSIM provider wherever I travel.
Used Maya mobile many times in the past without any network issue, however my last trip with Maya network was not very good, when I complained the team was so good that they fully refunded me straightway. I will give Maya mobile another try on my next trip.
The eSIM worked faultlessly in Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam and Thailand! Great value and much easier than buying a local sim in each country. Will use again and would recommend.

Have used it for Asia and Europe and has worked flawlessly. Very cost effective and you get data which is all you need when you land. Had a recent issue when needed to change the phone and the eSIM cannot be transferred but the support immediately issued a new eSIM and was setup in minutes. They even offer Global eSIMs now which was missing earlier. I would only say go for it.

Maya was very simple to use and installed. We had signal at most of the time, better signal than friends with a New Zealand SIM card. I would definitely recommend Maya Mobil and also choose it for my next trip.

My data stopped randomly far too many times despite being in areas where I should have had full coverage which was very frustrating as a solo traveller in unfamiliar countries relying on data for navigation and safety. Even when it said I had signal it was often poor

Works amazing as I’m in Cyprus at the moment… I have used maya mobile a few times but after purchasing I tend to get calls a few times a day from somebody claiming to be immigration office… I’m obviously not immigrating as I’m on holiday and live in the UK. just find it weird how it’s every time I purchase an eSIM from maya mobile that this happens.

Please be assured that your personal data is yours, and will NEVER be shared with ANY outside party by Maya Mobile. The phone number required when signing up for our service is used for your Maya Mobile online account only (Two Factor Authentication, etc). It is completely secure, and never shared with any third party. In fact, it never leaves our encrypted database, since our eSIM service does not require a phone number.
Additionally, it is not possible for our eSIM to interact with your phone number or other settings on your device in any way. We are an independent mobile service provider, and our eSIM plans are installed as completely separate mobile service plans on your device, according to the OEM security protocols on iOS or Android, like any SIM card.

Great sim and easy to install. It would be great if there was no expiry for longer travel periods.

Great price and good amount of data (way better than many competitors), however while travelling through Europe and on entering Germany the eSim refused to work. Turned out the auto network selection was trying to connect to Deutsche Telekom by default and it was only when I manually selected 02 as my provider did my service resume (no indication why DT failed refused to allow a connection). Having said that I would use Maya Sim again when I next need an eSim based on their data volumes and price competitiveness (and one more chance to get their network selection right)

An absolutely fantastic service, I’m a crew member onboard cruise ships, and I was going crazy not being able to connect with my family due to the ship wifi and not enough time in port, well, MAYA MOBILE TO THE RESCUE! Easy purchasing and installation process, I actually had an issue at the begging because there was an update going on the day I purchased but they sorted out in minutes, I got the monthly 20G package and worked in all the islands I visited (Antigua, Barbados, St Lucia, Curaçao, etc etc etc). I am definitely getting this service wherever my company sends me next.
