thank you for information; it is not correct at all the order confirmation of Darty just to cash money five months in advance
on October the 24th I bought and I paid to Darty the dischwasher G 7610 SCI noir ad 60cm to be delivered on 19/11/2022. Till today I have no news about the delivery.

I bought a coffee machine CM 6560 in March. Everything was fine, and the service was excellent. However, they promised to return the VAT that I paid on the PABLO system. However, after a long correspondence, they refused to do this, making an absurd demand to open an account in a French bank for a non-resident of France. It would have been better to immediately say that Miele doesn't like or can't refund VAT to people from abroad, so that they take it with them.

I did not receive my order since the DPD delivery service is really bad. Was home all day, did not receive any message or email. The package was not delivered at my home, nor at the DPD location. Asked the customer service of Miele and never heard back…

Lovely website that is well designed. Currently researching fridge/freezer units that are sustainable, built in Europe with a good record for spares. Yes, Miele is expensive but it matters less, to me, than buying every 5 years a new unit because spares are unobtainable.

I bought a robot hoover Scout RX3 Home Vision HD - SPQL, after two months the Wi-Fi module stopped working, the replacement of the hoover was 2.5 months.
The new hoover had a faulty charging module, I asked for a refund, I do not want to try my luck a third time.
The current exchange/refund lasts for three months.
As a result, investing in the company Miele hoover is more in the service, rather than cleaning my home.
The work of the service department is at a very low level, they ignore letters/requests. No co-ordination between departments, I spent half a day trying to get my coffee machine serviced.
I am a brand loyalist, I have many of their products, but the Scout RX3 Home Vision HD - SPQL is a failure.

Whoever thought of putting clips on the XXL integrated door needs to be fired. The old grill system was better. I am at a loss how to adjust the clips on the integrated door so the door fits correctly. Each of the clips are attached individually and must be precise or the door will not close properly. Model 60 cm G 7565 SCVi i purchased in France.

The absolute worst customer service in all of France. I have spent a lot of money on 40 Miele appliances and it is a nightmare every time I have to deal with Miele France. My dossier number is 11541228 so you know I’m a genuine customer. The staff at the Miele SAV are rude, unhelpful and totally incapable of doing the s8 lest things. I REGRET buying Miele because of such bad customer service. Nightmare!

Still waiting for a part for my new machine. Bought about 9 months ago it has broken already. Engineer came out two months ago and part still not received. Miele ignoring all of my emails. Very poor service. I keep being booked in for engineer visits thinking it will be sorted. On the day of the scheduled visit i get my time. Then rearrange my day accordingly. Then get a call from the engineer saying he hasn’t got the part. It’s a bit of a joke. Won’t buy Miele again.
