These guys are pure professionals. Every item they handled was treated as if it was their own. Our move started at 8am and required 2 Lutons and a second run. Due to us not receiving keys until 3pm, the unloading of the second run did not finish until 10pm so these guys did a 14 hour shift of pure hard work. The second run involved the handling of a precious, almost vintage motor bike currently not on the road. Due to such a late completion and finish, we expected the final cost to come in a fair bit higher than it did. Extremely good value compared to other removal companies. Special mention for Alex! He was brilliant and so polite and helpful. Hopefully we won't be moving again for a long time, but if we did we wouldn't use anyone else. Thoroughly recommend these guys 100%

Don’t trust this company left my things unattended for 15 minutes on the side of the street and left the truck and driver left when I wanted the things put in the storage unit Disgusting scammers and charged and failed to do their job when I was in a vulnerable situation which I disclosed prior! Charged ne a huge amount which I’m disputing now. Don’t trust this company with your personal belongings complete scum bags! Working with safe storage in Earl’s Court don’t trust either scum bag company. Shame on you! Scammer crooks!

My uncle needed to move into his new flat. He contacted moveroo with 9 days notice. Albeit a few problems that were out of their control, the team turned up a got the job done within 2 and a half hours. Very polite and hard working gentlemen. I found Talal and the Moveroo team via Safestore self storage. I called him with an emergency last minute move request for my elderly parents and gave him less than a weeks notice. Immediately Talal’s organisation and attention to details was faultless. He kept me fully updated on all the costs and his team packed and moved my parents seamlessly. I’ve used many removal companies, none that take so much pride in the quality of the their service. A wonderful team lead by Talal. He is kind, professional and made me feel absolutely certain my furniture and belonging were safe. He was on item, he didn’t delay and his quote was fair and worth every penny. I require removal men very often due to my line of work and will use Talal and his team exclusively from now on.

Talal and his team were amazing from start to finish. They were super supportive, efficient, and an absolute pleasure to be in the company of. Moving is obviously stressful, but Talal really put our mind at rest, told us not to worry, and made sure all of our belongings were handled and secured safely. He even organised our storage room to get the most out of it. I can't recommend these guys highly enough, and will always use them in future.

Great experience of Talal and his colleague at Moveroo. They took great care moving our belongings, adding extra layers of protection to fragile equipment and did an amazing logistical job of cleverly fitting everything into our cosy storage unit! Talal and his crew helped me to move house yesterday and the service was fantastic. The guys very efficient, hard working and friendly. Worked tirelessly for hours. I can not express my gratitude for the truly professional help I had from the 2 brothers who attended my property today.
They were very clean tidy and neat.
We had trouble moving my 3 seater out the front door .. They tried everything and they were relentless not to give up.
We eventually took the front door off but unfortunately that didn’t help either.

Reasonable rates, helpful manager and movers, the move was very smooth. They helped me dissemble and reassemble the furniture within the hours without any extra cost which incredibly helped with my move.
